Bought 2 dresses from them for my wife,cheaply made,not recommend

Ordered several pairs of hey dudes at a price to good to be true. Tracking # showed they were delivered, they werent! So they said they sent them again. Showed they were delivered again. They werent! So then they offered 70% of my money back i said i want to know who their courier is. Because i never have issues w deliveries. They wouldnt say. And pressed on w giving me a 70% refund. Ill be contacting my cc company.

Took MONTHS to arrive, cheap nasty fabric, nothing like advertised, Rainbow Brite looks possessed af. Unicorn looks like it has rabies. I paid a LOT for these dresses and they are absolute 💩

Please DO NOT order from this website!! It is a scam!! They will take your money and never send you what you ordered. The tracking number is not real! They will not refund my money. The email response I got was useless and they wanted my permission to resend the order for free!! Ya right ! I don’t trust them I’m sure they just want to charge me again for an order that I’ll never receive!! I should have listened to my gut that the deals were too good to be true!

Mammtic Hey Dudes for a LOW PRICE? NO. I waited patiently, followed my "tracking", and received NOTHING but false hopes. I emailed back and forth and the responses we very apologetic/ well written. At the end of the day I got nothing for my money. SCAM 100%. I've issued a refund, but am not holding my breath.

I wish i could give MINUS FIVE stars ! I ordered a halloween dress on Sept 20 and they replied with a “your order will ship in 7-10 days email” . When it had not arrived by October 20 I tried to cancel but their “customer service” email would not respond to me. I JUST RECEIVED MY HALLOWEEN COSTUME TODAY - DECEMBER 10!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. It takes forever to ship in states. Cheap quality and it does not fit. What I purchased does not fit or look like what I bought. They will try to give you a discount on the “next” purchase otherwise they make you ship to china. You pay and they don’t give you any label. Awful customer service.

Unfortunately I can't give zero stars! The orders never arrive, even though the company will claim 'items are delivery' ( yes, that's what my email
said) with no legitimate tracking information. No working phone
number for this company. Customer service will not issue refunds for items not received. This is 100% a scam company. Do not order from Mamoic.

Ordered a dress a month ago for scarefest and still have not received it. I am now on my trip and still no dress. Such a joke and I paid for fast shipping. This is unexcused service, can't even properly track the order. I will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed with this site!

Excellent merchandise

Shipping info is a lie. They send you a generic email and you do not get any real person or number to call. I feel like I will never see my shirt. I am just glad I only spent about 29$. I do not understand why these companies can not be shut down. Especially after I see so many people being scammed by them. Totally sucks.

It’s a fake scammy shell of a business. No tracking info, and no real response from Lyn or Tina (PayPal is tied to an individual)

I spent close to a month ago $200 and have not still received anything. I cannot track the order number they gave me either. Contacted support,promised they'd look into it, never heard anything back. I will be reporting them to Paypal and my bank. Their stuff may look cool and i was so stoked to order stuff but now I get that I got scammed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Do not ever buy any swim suits from them. They are thin and have zero lining. My daughter was unable to wear. I had to get PayPal involved to even get my product shipped even after trying to email the company myself. And then they said they would not refund after 30 days even though they took months to ship and I had to file a complaint with PayPal.

Can I give less than one star please??? I ordered some super cute flare retro pants in size medium. I’ve heard the was a long wait and it was worth it. Honestly those reviews must absolutely have been paid for by the website. I got them after so many weeks of waiting and wow they are more terrible than I even imagined. Like factory made without the concept of how to make human clothes. They are pants. Pants that I spent a while to figure out front and back. Put them on and instantly had a body dismorphia moment. Definitely not a medium. Definitely not made to fit humans. I have a regular build and wow these are more than terrible! Don’t buy them. Don’t recommend them. Trying to get what seems like an impossible refund as we speak. I hate these scam companies online. Don’t waste your time or money. I never leave reviews and here I am hoping this helps someone else from wasting their money. All thumbs down. I do NOT recommend!!!

I have no answer from them. Never received my order since more than a month. Do I have to report as a fraud? Don't know what to do...

I ordered 2 swimsuits from them.I am US 8 ordered size large it is too big.It took 2 months to receive the package. Poor customer service.ordered again (stupidly )and1 month later no package. This time will escalate to paypal.Patterns didn't match on swimsuits either.

I waited 2mos for a bathing suit; you could track it but it was a shoddy tracking way to do it so I chose not to. Finally got bathing suit, does NOT look like the picture, similar. The material is very poor, the bra pads inside the top part are little, move all around constantly. Very poor quality. Now been emailing "Lynn" in cust svc for days, weeks on giving me a shipping label to return it & get a refund; she keeps telling me to send pictures so she can see what's wrong!!!!!!! How is she going to see the poor quality?! I'm reporting them to BBB as well. They're from China I believe, too.

It’s been a month and I am still waiting to find out if my order has shipped. They have already charged my PayPal account and I’ve gotten a couple of emails from customer service but my last two emails have been ignored. I did write them and told them if I don’t hear from them in two days I am going to cancel that PayPal payment. At this point I don’t care if I get my item or not. This is not acceptable customer service. In order to find out where your package is you have to download a tracking app that I’m not comfortable with and it’s free for three days and then you have to pay monthly. So I’m not interested in any of that. Customer service should be able to inform me when my package Has been sent and when I can at least expect it.
