Excellent service! The prices are very competitive (almost equivalent to italian prices) and the packaging is perfect: no damage to pasta or biscuits for example and very robust packaging for glass bottles.
Potential improvements: more information on the delivery date and tracking link in advance would be ideal but nothing really problematic.

It was a great shopping experience with mammapack. The prices for my favorite italian products are unbeatable. Delivery was really fast. 1 small item was damaged and after letting mammapack support know about it, they reacted very fast with the compensation.

The order s was easy to place and was prepared in a few days.
Delivery was free and the standard courier service (DPD) is really efficient.

Everything perfect, delivery was very fast and secured, everything arrived as expected.

Ordered bunch of stuff. Arrived but - one item is missing, and there were two packages of another item that i ordered just one package. The one missing costs more. And those two same items were in bad condition prior to shipping - the damage is such that it cant be done in transit.

Send email few days ago - no answer.

Edit: In the meantime (after the review) they answered (in italian btw.thank God for google translate) and offered compensation.

They closed the site and no one answers phone calls and emails, so it's a bad image for Italians abroad, since you write that you are Italians abroad, you should fly the flag with Italian correctness. I'm sorry but I've been waiting for my package for over 4 weeks and there is no trace.

Excellent prices and good offering which includes things that are difficult to find abroad (even in London). It does take quite long for packages to be delivered in the UK but worth the wait (would not recommend ordering anything the needs ti be refrigerated due to the transit time). Shipping costs are not low however promotions are frequent (every few months) so I rarely end up paying for that.

Having lived abroad for nearly 20 years, I know it's a cliché, but I still pine for the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine. Yes, I confess—I've succumbed to the dark side and now add cream to my carbonara. (Cue the collective gasp of disapproval from Italian nonnas everywhere.) But try as I might, there are some culinary delights that simply cannot be replaced. Enter Mulino Bianco biscuits. How do you even start your day without these little bites of heaven? And don't get me started on Tonno Rio Mare—no tuna sandwich could ever come close. And let's not forget Kinder Cereali Più, my guilty pleasure that no international chocolate cake can ever rival.

Mamma Pack, you've swooped in like a superhero, cape and all, saving me from a life of bland snacks and lackluster meals. Thanks to you, I can indulge in my favorite Italian treats and pretend I’m back in the old country, if only for a moment. Grazie mille, Mamma Pack! You’ve made my life abroad infinitely better and deliciously nostalgic.

After more than two weeks, got my parcels with wrong products. After more than three days got an answer saying that I will get only 3 euros discount and I will have to pay 19 euro for sending them. Not serious at all .
Good luck for all of you if you have problems with them. Just thieves company and just bla bla bla from them.

Really good choice from the shop and good prices, with customer support always on hand. I've always had issues with their UK courier though, UPS. Highly suggest changing it as it's genuinely disencouraging me from buying again. It's always a battle to get your package correctly and on time.

First of all, seriousness and availability. Very fast shipping and super product quality! The delivery service is impeccable in terms of punctuality and professionalism. Efficient and fast service.

A warranty

Out of 7 orders I've made over the last year and a half, twice there were missing items, and this last time they swapped out a brand with with one that was Spanish (???) without asking me ahead of time if this was OK.

When I've reported these problems their customer support issued a store credit or refund, but what they won't do is make it right by sending the correct items. This means that when they screw up, the customer has to pay for it because we have to eat the shipping costs :(
