Says 24 dispatch, with 3-5 day delivery. On day 15 and still hasn't left China. Customer service is zero use, told them I wanted a refund before it had left the factory as on day 7 it was still there...would not bother even wasting money on them again, website is full of lies and empty promises to customers some customers relying on these empty promises. Was given no resolve other than sent my tracking number again and thanks for my patience which I've ran out of by this stage as if being a new mam and having a todler wasn't enough. Yet they are on their socials slating bigger brand name and claiming to be better, I beg to differ. Needs to change their wording on their site and socials because clearly cannot deliver on any sort of time scale they specify, in fact if you plan on buying one of their pumps, when you pee on the stick would probably be a good time to place your order , might have it by your child's due date.
Great products AND communication!
I ordered two support briefs in size medium and the postpartum belly band. Very happy with the products (although I did request to swap one of the size mediums to a size small) to better fit my stomach as it returned back to my “normal” size. The MammaBump team were very quick to respond and happy to help.
Product Exchange
I ordered my mama belly band and once I tried it on it was too small. I reached out 3 times via email through their customer support email. An automated message responded to my email stating that the manager was to reach out. The manager never did. I then reached out via Instagram message and received a rensponse SAME DAY! I was pleasantly surprised. I am still in the process of getting my new size. I am hoping we get this resolved very soon as I am now almost 3 weeks PP.
Great and comfortable postpartum belly band
Am now 4 weeks postpartum. Great postpartum belly band. It's so comfortable you forget you have it on unlike others that even make it impossible to wear even for a short period. It took a while for me to receive the order but I guess the wait was worth it. Thanks mammabump

I ordered a wearable electric bump on 2nd March with 3-5 day shipping and it’s now 18th March, nothing in the mail yet. I’ve reached out to customer service and they only give me ChatGPT responses with “rest assured, it’s on the way.” This is unacceptable, I have one month old twins and I need this wearable pump. I don’t like that they haven’t even offered a refund or any sort of compensation. 2-3 weeks wait for a product advertised to be delivered in 3-5 days is ridiculous, especially for new moms in the literal trenches waiting for much-needed products. Terrible.

I ordered the wrong size, sent an email to return the belly band support and if i can swap to a small size as the regular size was too big for me.
Mila and Emma are both amazing assisting me with my queries. Instead of sending back the original item, Emma offered to send the size that fits me and keep the original item as a gift.

Avoid in the UK/EU
We are now 11 days on from order with no update, confirmation email, order number or item. I have provided details several times in response to emails and been told there is no trace of the order but can prove payment. We are told the ‘manager’ will be in touch, but just get empty ‘apologies and assurances’.
I think service may be better in the US but avoid if you’re in the UK/ EU.
Returning is easy!
I was referred to the mammabump briefs for my c-section and they have been great! They are high and supportive enough that I feel like my incision is healing well. I didn’t know what size I was so I ordered small and medium. I reached out about returning the smalls and they have been so helpful with having me keep them and sending me another set of mediums.

Excellent compensation, and sizing charts need to be reviewed for accuracy
The sizing is definitely described wrong on the website. I’m a US pant size 4 and ordered a small belly band. But when measuring my waist I actually need a large. Very confusing. So now I’m replacing my small band with a large. But the amazing part is that I am getting the large as a gift. Thanks Mamabump. Also, customer service was a little delayed compared to what most are used to with our fast-paced-immediate society. It’ll be nice to have a size that fits about 2 weeks after I deliver.
Excellent & prompt customer service
After spending time researching different postpartum belly bands during my pregnancy, I, unfortunately the size I ordered ended up being a bit too small.
I contacted MammaBump to ask about exchanging it, and their customer service was fantastic. They replied quickly and made the process really easy to organise the correct size. Even though the original band wasn’t the right fit for me, I was still really impressed with the quality — it feels durable, supportive, and very well made.
Overall, I’m really impressed with both the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Based on my experience so far, I’ll definitely be purchasing more from this brand in the future.

Amazing customer service and support. I am using the pregnancy support band daily and really notice a difference with feeling more supported and less pain- particularly useful with exercise and doing chores.

Fourth trimester briefs - great quality
I ordered the fourth trimester briefs which are great quality - very comfortable and do not roll down like others do. Unfortunately the size isn't quite right which customer service is in the middle of assisting me with. 4 stars only because initial correspondence seemed to be AI generated - which I wouldn't mind if it had actually helped me!

This brand has been my saving grace…
This brand has been my saving grace during my post partum journey so far with my first bub. Since giving birth I have acquired almost their entire line of products, with my favourites being the underwear (I haven’t worn anything else that is as comfortable as these since my c-section) and the breast pump. I am yet to use the silicone strips and belly band (as the size I ordered is too small) but if they are anything like the other products I know they will be fantastic.
