I’m happy with the service offered by costumer care. They have offered to organise an exchange with no added cost. I’m looking forward to receiving the right size and using the product.

I ordered the post partum belly band, fourth trimester underwear and ice pack - the underwear and ice pack have been amazing post c section! Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size belly band however customer service have been amazing in sending out a replacement in a larger size so that I can continue to heal post c section promptly.

Brilliant service
Quick delivery. Great products. Band fits great. My tummy was back to pre pregnancy size within 2 weeks of having my baby. Only wore the band for a couple of hours per day. Briefs are too large however - contacted Mammabump to exchange and someone got back to me quick and hassle free. Great service and would highly recommend to anyone who has a planned c section

Thoughtfully designed products for postpartum journey
I purchased the bamboo maternity& nursery bra, Luna wearable breast pumps, silver nursing cups, C-section silicone scar strips, and the postpartum soothing briefs (twin pack). Opening everything felt reassuring and makes me feel well supported heading into the postpartum period. Each item feels thoughtfully designed. I'm looking forward to using everything in the next coming weeks!

I had a great experience with Mamma Bump’s postpartum belly band and their customer service. When I encountered an issue and reached out for an exchange, they kindly offered immediate assistance. That really shows how much they care about their customers and product quality.
The belly band itself is comfortable, supportive, and easy to wear, especially helpful during postpartum recovery. I really appreciate the professionalism and generosity of the team — it gave me a lot of confidence in the brand.
Highly recommended not just for the product, but also for the excellent after-sales service.
Difficulty Cancelling Order and Receiving Refund
I placed an order with Mammabump on 27 December 2025 in preparation for our baby due in May 2026.
After receiving no dispatch or tracking updates, I emailed on 2 January 2026 to request cancellation prior to shipment. I did not receive a response. Instead, the item was shipped approximately two hours after my cancellation request was sent.
The package was delivered on 13 January 2026, which was outside the advertised 3–5 business day delivery timeframe. The parcel did not display Mammabump’s business name or a clear Australian business address, instead listing a generic Sydney warehouse address.
Despite further follow-up, I did not receive a response until 18 January 2026, when I was advised that a refund could not be processed because the item had already been shipped. The product remained unopened and sealed.
The company stated that returns are not accepted once the item has been shipped due to hygiene considerations. However, under Australian Consumer Law, a business’s internal return policy does not override consumer guarantees, particularly where a cancellation is requested prior to dispatch and advertised delivery timeframes are not met.
A USD $50 store credit was offered as a goodwill gesture, which I did not accept.
Based on my experience, there were communication delays, delivery delays, and a refusal to honour a pre-dispatch cancellation request, which appear inconsistent with Australian consumer rights. I would encourage others to avoid this company and purchase items locally that are required for baby or mother to assist in this precious time.
I found the customer service to be very poor due to a lack of timely communication and customer care. Had the company responded within a reasonable timeframe, the order could have been cancelled prior to shipment. Even after dispatch, the item remained unopened, yet my refund request was declined. In my view, this experience reflects inadequate communication and a failure to reasonably support the customer in line with their stated terms and conditions.

I ordered the belly band hoping to have it in time for hospital but it arrived late. The size was wrong and I don’t know why as I followed all their online sizing instructions. I emailed the company and inbetween correspondence there would be days before I would get a reply and they offer a free sizing change but the catch is you need to leave them a review first which is not stated initially, it’s only asked via email. So basically you have to leave them a review without even trying the product In order to get the replacement sent. What a scam. It also states 3 days shipping but it takes weeks to get the order, a week or so emailing back and over to sort an exchange and then weeks again for the new one. However I couldn’t be bothered at this point so I just asked for a refund as i was going to put in a claim for one as I was sick of waiting to hear back. I got the refund…eventually. What a horrible company to deal with and all their online info is all lies and very misleading. Avoid avoid avoid.
Cancellation policy not honoured, poor communication, forced into chargeback
Extremely disappointed with my experience with MammaBump.
I placed an order on 30 December and realised shortly afterwards that I had ordered the wrong item. Their website clearly states that orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, so I cancelled well within this timeframe and immediately placed the correct order instead.
Despite cancelling in line with their policy, I received no response to multiple emails and messages for days. Both orders were then processed and shipped anyway.
Once the duplicate item arrived, I again contacted customer service to explain the situation. I was told the item could not be returned due to hygiene reasons, even though it was completely unopened, and was offered a small store credit instead of a refund.
This misses the point entirely. This was not a change of mind or a late return; it was a valid cancellation that was ignored. If a company advertises a cancellation window, it should honour it or respond promptly. Ignoring customers and then hiding behind hygiene exclusions after the fact is not acceptable.
Due to the lack of resolution, I’ve had to escalate the matter through my credit card provider.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, particularly if there is any chance you may need to cancel or amend an order. Customer service response times and adherence to their own policies were extremely poor.
Also, item arrived 11 business days after the order and NOT the 3-5 business days advertised on their website. Ordered on 30/12/2025 and received on 15/01/2026. Tracking showed the item came from China, which was a total shock to me as the company claims to be based in Australia. The item came with no labelling, in a plain brown box very badly packaged, and items bagged in thin clear plastic similar to SheIn. Mammabump is clearly operating a drop shipping method and is misleading and scamming companies.
Do not buy from them. It is not worth the hassle and time. Also, the fact that they have to turn off their comments on Instagram tells you everything you need to know!

Very happy with products & service received, although I ordered size M and needed to change it for a smaller size they promptly offered to exchange it for me without any extra costs! Prompt replies. I will be gifting my other ones on to a friend. Highly recommend.
Do NOT recommend disgusting service
I had issues from the start where I didn’t receive a confirmation email this was rectified quite quickly. However the bundle order for the Luna I ordered was missing one of the inserts, I kid you not I have tried multiple emails, directly on their website, messenger, insta and commenting on their posts with no responses. I cannot believe how unprofessional they have been. So for this I would highly recommend not going with them as their customer service is awful. Someone responded back to my comment on one of their posts and then deleted it after I responded back. They have also deleted a post where I had commented too. Something seems really off and untrustworthy
I got the MammaBump bellyband 4 years…
I got the MammaBump bellyband 4 years ago after my first baby and it really helped me with back pain. I gave it to my sister when I was done and needed a new one for after baby #2. So this time I got the postpartum wellbeing bundle. It comes with the a new version of the band that I’m obsessed with! I feel even more supported and it’s soft on my skin. I wear it everyday and sometimes at night because I love feeling being held so much! Also really enjoy the pospartum briefs and the gel insert with flowers that you can put in the front pocket. I’m still so sore from giving birth a week ago but I warm it up and get instant relief! Truly my new besties!

I ordered 1x Breast Pump on the 27th December and have had an email daily to say the item is in transit.
The ordering tracking is back on their website which screams scam as well as their customer service only have 1 email and no response. The "positive" reviews below are clearly fake. RUN!

Delivery times are a joke, customer service doesn't exist and product quality is abysmal.
We ordered 2 Luna pumps and on arrival (after 20 days of waiting despite the website advising 3-5 days) one the pumps arrived faulty so I requested another to be sent. This also took over 15 days to arrive!
I've had the pumps for a little over 2 months now and the other pump has now packed in and again, i'm in the process of chasing their so called support team for a response on why this has happened!
I would save your money, time and sanity and shop elsewhere!!!
