Great customer service. Geat experience

I recently made a purchase from Mamatina and was impressed with the super fast shipping. I received my order within 1 day (inside Italy). There was a small mistake with one bottle of wine missing from the order, but I contacted them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately. The missing item was shipped the very next day. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it shows how much they care about customer service. I'm very satisfied and will definitely buy again.
