Absolutely awful company
Absolutely awful company. 90 day refund advertised on the baby nest. Package came late so was no longer required, contacted the company to say item was still in original packaging and I would like to return. I was told I would need to return to China (supposed to be a UK company and sent from UK warehouse) but still needed to be returned to China. Then they stopped answering emails. I paid with Klarna who got involved. Nova required photos of the item before discussing return, and then offered 15% refund to not send back, declined, then they offered 50%. Absolutely awful customer services, unlawful returns process. Would never deal with this company again.
