Poor customer care and problem solving response time...agents mostly always busy

This is a very poor and useless app. My order stays “in process” for a full week or even longer without any update. If someone has an emergency or a death in the family, how can they wait 2–2 weeks just for your slow process?
You seriously need to fix your system. If this keeps happening, no one will continue using this app.
Customer support is absolutely terrible. Whenever we message or call, they reply that their working hours are over. If we contact during non-working hours, there is no response at all. Even when we message near the end of working hours, the only reply we get is “Sorry, our working hours have finished.”
When we ask to cancel the order, they don’t give a proper answer. They just say “we will transfer it soon, it is still in process.” If you cannot cancel the order, then why is it stuck in process in the first place?
This app has no responsibility, no proper customer service, and no respect for customers’ time. Extremely disappointing experience.

I always send money through this company so on the 30 of June, I made a mistake and transfer money into their account which has no recipients. I called their account office and even sent them the proof of payment but uptill now. I have not receive my money or not even a call from them.. A friend even told me that's what they did to him.
Beware!!!
