Ordered a week ago.No response no package!!
I placed an order online with this company on the 5th of April and received an order confirmation from them, after a few days of not hearing anything more from them I contacted them enquiring about my order and I was told they are currently experiencing a "high volume of orders" and that my order was going to be delayed. They never mentioned this when I first placed my order and moreover they never gave any indication of how long I was going to have to wait for my order.
After a few more days I contacted them again and again I received the same answer. After 2 weeks of waiting I finally had enough and I cancelled my order and demanded a full refund of my money WHICH I AM STILL WAITING FOR. A total rip off of a company with ZERO customer service.
