I had to cancel my holiday as my mother had suffered life changing injuries and I had to care for her. Gemma Fullwood at the parent company Travel Organisers agreed to refund £690.50 of the £1092.43 I had paid which I agreed to. I was told the refund would be processed in 7-10 business days. Nothing had appeared in my bank account so I sent several emails which went unanswered. I eventually rang the office, whose number I had to Google as the one on Gemma's signature wasn't working, to be told that the £690.50 was the cancellation fee and that I would only receive £397.98. Gemma told me that I'd been given the previous refund information "in error". There was no budging so I have had to agree to the lesser amount.

Avoid this company at all costs and go with a reputable, established travel agents as they'll at least not cost you money for their mistake.
