I ordered a Keter Pent 7x7 garden shed…

I ordered a Keter Pent 7x7 garden shed from Mall.hr with a promised delivery time of 2 weeks. After 4 weeks of waiting, the order has still not been shipped. The seller has repeatedly postponed the delivery date, always blaming the supplier.
Communication has been poor – I had to chase them multiple times for updates. In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order due to the unacceptable delays.
This is not the level of service I expect from a large online retailer. If you need the product within a reasonable time frame, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Criminals

Criminals. They take money but do not deliver purschased items and do not refund the money.

Not recommended

Customer service is extremely poor and slow, responses take days or even weeks, and the issue remained unresolved for months. Instead of providing a solution, they constantly delay and shift responsibility. A very unprofessional experience. I will never order from mall.hr again and do not recommend it to others.

I’ve purchased from Mall.hr multiple…

I’ve purchased from Mall.hr multiple times and every experience has been excellent. Delivery is really fast, often arriving earlier than expected, and everything is always well packaged.

I’d especially like to praise their customer support and warranty/returns process. On the rare occasion I needed to contact them, my claim was handled quickly, fairly, and without any hassle.

So far I have nothing negative to say. A very reliable store and I will definitely continue shopping here. Highly recommended! ✔️

A disaster of a service

A disaster of a service. I bought a brand new Bosch vacuum and returned it the next day because it didn't work. I've been waiting for a solution to the problem for a month, they're making excuses that it's still in service.

Sometime they are cheap, but, there is a catch.

A few years ago, everything was fine — I had a few complaints, and they were taken care of. During the ETH mining boom, I ordered a graphics card (VGA) that was hard to find. It was never delivered, and I had to wait 2–3 months to get my money back.

One or two years ago, I saw a 4TB Samsung SSD listed for around €70–100 (I don't remember the exact price). It seemed like a great deal. I ordered two, then three more, maybe even more — I don’t recall the exact number, but I paid for each order.

They listed the SSDs at too low a price — the correct price was over 270 EUR. They sent me an email saying it was a pricing error and that they would return my money. After several days, I received a refund, but not the full amount.

However, I have a bank receipt showing how much I paid, and Mall’s records don’t reflect the same amount. I contacted them two or three times to explain that I had paid for the SSDs. They admitted it was their mistake — the price shown online wasn’t correct.

I can understand that, but I still ended up paying more money than I got refunded. In the end, I feel like I was ripped off. Support is very bad. Buy on your on risk. I didn't buy anything from them in at least 2 years and I'm happy. Still trying to get my money back.

So unbelievably bad

Bad products. Bad repair service. Bad organization. Incredibly bad customer service. I suppose the crazy company policies are to blame, but the employees are really incredibly non-bothered as well (probably used to too many complaints already). Long story short: ordered a drier machine. They delievered a non-functional one. Refused to refund me, had to do a lengthy process of “opening a service dispute”. Waited for ages for pickup. Even longer for “fixing”. When they delivered the same “fixed product”, it only worked for 2 days. Customer service refused to issue a refund or collect the faulty product until I again report it and get the service guys diagnosis that “the machine is unable to be repaired.” Effing crazy. About to do that now. And I’m Never buying from them again.

Disaster

Years ago, this was a reliable internet store. Nevertheless, now they are a disaster! They are lying about the availability of the item and just prolonging the delivery. I lost three weeks waiting for them and finally gave up.

Really bad customer service and very late deliver

I buyed two items from you on the that should be delivered to me in maximum 2-3 days. Now 10 days later still no sign of the items. I needed them last week when you promised to deliver. What is going on? I get messages from what I believe is the delivery firm and they are asking for the adress. But I have told them and you the adress on at least four occassions and you and the delivery firm has the correct adress. I have instructed them and you how to deliver but you fail over and over.

Please sort this out urgently and deliver urgent.

I also want an explanation on how this is possible.

Worst shopping experience, avoid it

I bought TV at Mall.hr and first time using it I saw malfunction in a form of rectangle shade on the left side of the screen and there was missing silicone protection at left side.
I sent TV back to them and asked for new one, since TV arrived with malfunction.
First reply was that TV doesn't have shade - confirmed by their official servis in Slovenia (The shade can be seen with your bare eye) and i got same TV back.
I applied new form and sent it again, asking for a new TV altough costumer service via email wanted to convince me that it should be fixed by servis shop by waranty (after they said the TV was fine).
Again got the same TV back, then I decided to send them TV again and after many emails and worst generic cold costumer service I fullfiled application at my Bank for Chargeback. After more than six month since shopping I got my money back via Chargeback.
Mall.hr took me a lot of time spent writing emails, calling, being frustrated and worried. The WORST shopping experience I've ever had. You deffinitely don't want this kind of experience, avoid it.

Scamers - avoid at all cost

Worst online shopping experience

I pruchased a fridge from them 20 days ago. It was supposed to arrive 9 days ago but they cancelled my order and did't even bother to notify me as the customer. The reason was the wrong delivery adress.
I contacted Mall. hr couple of times but they didn't resolve the issue and they couldn't even tell me where this parcel is.
I called also the delivery service couple for times to see what happend to my order and to try to resolve this through their service.
The fridge finally arrived today and I hope its working because I do not want to go through all this once more.
Mall.hr service is slow, inefficent, unorganized with very bad customer relations. This is my worse online shopping experince.
My advice is not to buy from them, but if you do, do not pay your purchase in advance. This way you will be able to cancel your order and not to worry about the refund.

One star is to much!!!

One star is to much!!!
We are geting a dish washing machine delivered today and they now tell me that they deliver to the front of your house not to your door!
We live on the 2nd floor and I asked the driver how can we solve this, can he help me carry it upstairs and he said no!!! The companies policy is to the front of the house or the car park!
I even offered to pay him and again he said no!!!
We have deliveries to our flat all of the time and have never had this problem!!!
MALL.HR NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

SCAM !!!

I ordered GoproHeRO 10 at the black friday 29.10.2021. on the discount, today is 10.01.2022. i still didnt got no camer or refund !!! I called suport ten times and every time the say they will solve the problem and conntact me back, but this never happened!!!
They are scams and i reportet it to the autorities!!!

Lies about deliveri date! Third time this year.

I ordered three items, hoping that the delivery date will be as stated on the webshop, after a week of waiting I contacted them and received information that two of the three items do not have ...
Therefore the worst rating goes for this site ..
First of all, you need to know that the customer's trust in what brings profit to your company, if you lie to the customer about the delivery date, that date can damage your customer in his business and the cost of waiting / lost work due to delivery lies on your part, is very unprofessional. The delivery date on the web must be accurate so that the customer can choose which employer is better to invest the money in to make it easier to keep the promise of their clients.
Very dissatisfied with the service, I do not recommend working with companies that work in the way of raising capital through false representations.

Izaberi drugi website / Skip it!

Automatski generisani odgovori. Korisnicka sluzba - sta je to?! Dostava nikada.
Jedina pozitivna stvar je da su mi vratili novac.

Automatic (generic) responses to any email question, 3 weeks and still not delivered, no apologizing for it, no explaining what happened.
Only good thing is that they actually refunded me.
