It should be zero stars. The quality of the skirt is poor. The return procedure is cumbersome and I still have not received any refund. The company polica seems to be: pay for goods you do not want. One of my worst experiences ever
Malìparmi’s return procedure is bad. It is almost impossible to get their website’s link to process. After filling out the required information 5x and after sending 3 emails, this took 5 working days for them to reply, I finally got it to work. But now my return status was pending according their portal. Pending on what?!
Then, I received an email that I could return the package to a Logistics Company’s address.
Returning an item is at own expense - 35€ in my case. Because you have to use the same box they shipped it in and this shipping box was 2x the seize of the package/box inside which made it expensive. I’ve been a Maliparmi fan for over a decade, but not anymore.
Beautifull products, lousy service. Website does not work: it is not possible to login or request a return.
