Do not order from this place! The stuff shipped out of China, and took almost 2 months to receive. I paid $121 for a pair of shoes, and a swimsuit. I never received the swimsuit! I received the shoes, and they are very bad quality. Total scam…

Wish I had read the reviews before falling for their marketing BS on Facebook. They claimed to be a boutique in Malibu, CA that was having to close after the wildfires… total BS… they are a Chinese importer of poor quality goods from China. It took over 3 weeks to get my order. I opened a case with PayPal fearing they had scammed me. Well, they kinda did. The photos on their website make the dresses look like they are very high quality, but in actuality they aren’t. One dress has a serger overlock finish for the sleeve and dress hems, like they forgot to fold the fabric inward and sew down to hide that ugliness. The other is supposed to be cotton gauze. It’s polyester and rayon. Lesson learned. I’ll stick with my regular stores that I KNOW tell the truth from now on.

NO Stars Actually! TOTAL SCAM! No store in Malibu, California that is closing due to the terrible fires. READ REVIEWS before considering a purchase. Everything comes from a store in China. NO WAY to return. They won't send you a return address and there is no phone number to contact them. They send you friendly emails full of lies and telling upu to return items to China.Quality of products are very cheap and run small. Colors don't look at all like items on line. BEWARE @ READ REVIEWS and you will get names and addresses to report them.

Ordered a dress. It came, quality was poor and ran smaller than the size I ordered. When I reached out for return they said I could keep for a 20% refund. I said I wanted a full refund. Now they are asking for pictures of dress before they will refund. This is ridiculous. Only from a scam company bir legit. Why are they able to advertise on Facebook.

Reeled me in with the “we have to close our doors due to fire damage in California”… total scam. Poor quality, cheap fabric, and it’s funny how the ads keep coming for them when they were forced to close their doors… hmmmm. They got me good.

What a SCAM! They claimed they were closing the store in Malibu due to fires and were liquidating inventory. These products came from China - really aren't like the pictures and have the cheapest fabric for not so cheap prices! I tried to return the items and they said I had to ship them to China and would deduct 10% off my order just to keep them. TERRIBLE.

Misrepresented itself as a local Malibu business affected by the fires. Very slow delivery time which made sense when it became clear items were shipping from China. Only half of my delivery arrived. They directed me to contact the delivery company, they didn’t take responsibility. After no response from the delivery company I emailed them again. I requested a refund on the undelivered item and they stated they’re following up to find out what happened to delivery. And by the way, cheaply made items not worth the price paid.

0 stars actually. This is a total scam and once they get your credit card info it is evidently sold and used by crooks all over to charge to your account.
Especially if they tell you they tried to deliver your package. The merchandise is cheap & and definitely not worth the price. It is just a criminal enterprise.

I also failed to check reviews before ordered on line, I know better. Item came in reasonable time but not worth price. Thin, cheap fabric. Also much darker fabric than pictured. Size correct however.
I immediately realized Chinese company, as stated no label or good care instructions, and over all appearance.

This company is taking advantage of the California fires to sell to unsuspecting customers. I fell for it and without checking the reviews, I placed an order. I immediately regretted my decision because I always check the reviews before purchasing from an online company. After purchasing 2 dresses, I emailed them to find out more about them. I was told they are located in Australia but the dresses came on a “slow boat” from China. I tried to cancel the order but because they said the order had already been sent, it could not be cancelled. The shipping notification came within 1 hour of placing the order which seemed very odd. When the charge appeared on my credit card, the charges were from the Netherlands. Both dresses were very cheaply constructed, sleazy fabric, and one came without being hemmed on the sleeves and skirt. Just a zigzag finish. Because these came from China, the cost to return would have been too exorbitant so I opted to keep them. They may go into the textile recycling bag. Do not buy from this company. Total scammers.

So outrageous. Shamefully taking advantage of fires in Malibu to make it look like a local company on hard times. Do your homework and support a real business, not a scammer.

TOTAL AND ABSOLUTE SCAM!! They make it look like they are a company from CA, but it is CHINA!! It took a long time to reach me and prior to that I notified my credit card company that it was a SCAM. The merchant could not be reached by phone.
My credit card company temporarily credited me the amount. However, they finally sent the order and WHAT A FARCE!! 2 of the cheapest and ugliest dresses I have ever seen!! They were no where near the items pictured. The sizes were not correct and they offered to send me a different size for $10 per dress more. Sure, like I would pay even more for cheap crap! They have a 90 day return policy, which I was going to use to return the 2 dresses, but you have to send them to an address in China (not CA, where the postmark was sent from. Another $40+.....NOT! I asked the merchant if I could return the dresses to the CA address from which they were sent and they refused to answer. So, since they actually sent something, my credit card company reimbursed the merchant! I am so mad at myself.....I should have known better, but it must've been a weak moment. Just a warning, so I hope no one else will fall for this.

The product is polyester and extremely cheap quality. I called my CC company to block the charges. It looks high end online, but it is pure crap.

Customer experience was fine. When I wanted to exchange something for a different size, they told me to keep what I had, and only pay for $10 to ship the new size. Quality of the items were very poor, but honestly I am seeing cheap materials at many retailers these days. My particular issue is that they are NOT based in CA, did NOT get ruined by the wildfires, and did NOT have to close their store, are NOT the 2 sisters featured on their home page. They have no retail space here in the US.Totally false advertising. I felt sorry for them - that's why I bought something in the first place. I ordered, I paid - and was told that a delivery ATTEMPT was made and the parcel was returned to sender. NO attempt was made - I was home AND I have video at my home. Nobody came. 100% scam company. Cannot get any help whatsoever from them. Every reply contains other items for ME to do to find the parcel. The absolute worst on line company. AND, it is not in US as described - it is in CHINA! Ripoff 100% DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Total scam!! They are not a boutique in Malibu, they are scammers in China! In addition to misrepresentation, the garments are trash bin fillers. Cheap fabric, no labels or care instructions. I would not begin to guess the fabric, but don't wear it in the rain, it may disintegrate.

The advertised being a store that burned down in the Malibu fires and hence the sale to get rid of merchandise. I ordered a dress and it was too small, asked to return it and got a run around. Finally sent me a return address which is in China. And it came with a warning that packages get delayed and refunds take time. I didn’t want to spend more money sending it back and asked for a refund. The size charts were inaccurate, incomplete and in centimeters. I got taken in by the sad story for sure. I will take it as a loss and lesson learned. Do not order from this company- they are not who they say they are. The dresses are not high quality and are overpriced. I repeat, they are not a store in Malibu at all but a scam based on China.

Total scam I just received my clothes and it's not the same it came from China. They are cheap and worst than Forever 21. Don't fall for this and I will definitely call my ccard. This disgust me.

Make sure your version is true. If it is, they will take care of the matter. I have gotten several refunds from credit card companies after giving up on the seller.
