They say same day consultation
They say same day consultation. False. I signed up early Friday morning did all paperwork an paid for them to then tell me they could not see me until Monday. Thatvwas fine an no big deal at first Their only times conflicted with my work so I took off early to have their phone appointment while leaving my daughter in daycare which is not cheap as I am a single dad. I follow all instructions an log in 10 minutes before my video call. 2 minutes into the appointment an it says my provider is not available then I receive a call from them so I click over. To make a long story short they said they would have to reschedule another consultation tomorrow at no cost to me. What do they mean at no cost to me? Because it definitely cost me. It cost me money from leaving work early, money for my daughter in care an it cost me longer time of my health getting on track. I was on phone at the time of my appointment, I paid all money I did my part so I should of had my consultation an been good to go expeially since I didnt not get my same day consultation, and already have waited 3 days an went out of my way to ensure I made their time. I Can not speak on how good treatment actually is as i did not make it that far. I was beyond frustrated at how things had already transpired an feared what treatment may be like so I discontinued, I did not allow another appointment an requested a refund. I am currently waiting for my refund an searching a new TRT treatment place
