Ordered the wrong size to begin with…
Ordered the wrong size to begin with but they were exchanged quickly and without hassle. I got my shirts back and they fit great, the cotton is soft and comfortable. So pleased I ordered 2 more and they look great too. Will be back 👍

Apart from beautiful shirts
Apart from beautiful shirts, Makrom are always great on customer service. Having placed my order I had a time sensitive question - and this was responded to so quickly and fully. The shirt arrived in good speed here in New Zealand and they are as always, gorgeous. Can't wait to wrap them for the holidays!

While the shirts are nice and very well…
While the shirts are nice and very well made, sadly the sizing is incorrect and inconsistent. Purchased 2 similar 4XL shirts separately and one is just under 3XL and one is smaller, about 2XL. I own may shirts from good makers and not had this problem. All my purchases from Amazon have the same issues with sizing, so I would be reluctant to buy any more clothes from Amazon. As I had them ironed and disposed of the packaging your shirts will probably go to charity and I will mark the actual sizes on them. It is vital for sellers to provide correct product information if they want to get the trust and keep customers.

We would like to clarify that all our product pages include detailed and accurate size guides, including chest, neck, and sleeve measurements, to help customers choose the correct fit. As shirt cuts and fits can vary between brands, we always recommend checking these measurements rather than relying solely on size labels, as not all manufacturers use the same sizing standards.
We also offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund or exchange if an item doesn’t fit as expected. Unfortunately, as no return request was made within this period, we were unable to assist further.
