Good product - Horrific customer service. Distiller broke down - i have a warranty, e-mailed them, replied in good time - i replied with more info regarding replacement, no answer for nearly two weeks, despite numerous e-mails for any update. Nothing. Will never use them again and will advise others also

Have been using this Brand for years and have bought a few machines for family members! Excellent customer service! Recently needed a new part/base unit and customer service sent me the part for free by 24 hour postal express so I could continue to enjoy water without having to by bottled ! I would definitely start drinking this pure water as you will hydrate your body at a deep cellular level and remove toxins in the process!

Since we bought one of your machines, years ago, our life is better and we feel more heathy. The product has worked well for us and we are happy with your service.

I love my ‘Make Water Pure’ distiller, the water tastes 100% cleaner and tastes so much nicer, I do not know why I didn’t get one years ago when I was looking into them.
Tap water is absolutely disgusting and the difference after it bring distilled is amazing.
The stench of the discarded impurities filtered out of the tap water are so disgusting and only goes to prove what rubbish and nasties they are putting into our tap water.
I would urge all people to buy a Make Water Pure distiller immediately (you won’t look back I assure you and you won’t be disappointed). I urge all people to drink more water daily (especially on a night too as to cleanse your kidneys) but make sure it’s distilled and store it in glass bottles (Not plastic) and store in the fridge.

After a few weeks of using my new distiller the glass insert cracked (I didn’t knock it for it to crack, so had no way of proving it wasn’t my fault) they cost £7.99 to replace, but Make Water Pure kindly sent me out a replacement as a Goodwill gesture the next day.

Water is vital for us to survive, but it needs to be clean.

If you only saw the gunk left over from the tap water after distilling, I assure you that you would want to buy a distiller straight away as the residue is absolutely disgusting and it has the most vilest of odours, and that’s in our tap water that we are all drinking!

Did you you that if you buy one and then recommend a friend thereafter to buy a distiller you get £20 cash for each recommendation, what a good incentive; even if there was no cash incentive I would still urge people to buy one because I want people to drink clean water which is healthy for them.

Machine ordered and delivered as planned. However the glass filter nozzle did not fit, and smashed on gentle insertion, which was as per the instructions. All subsequent contacts with this company by email and via the contact pages on the website were not responded to within their own advertised timeframes. I must add that myself and partner tried over the course of 3 days.

Once the company identified the TP 1* review, they contacted us within hours, as below, and quickly and immediately despatched a replacement to their credit, which arrived the next day.

Very happy with the water distiller I bought, and also very satisfied with the help from the helpdesk, these people know what they are doing. Product is very easy to use. I recommend everybody to buy one and TASTE this water.

I ordered this distiller from Amazon Marketplace on 7th February 2021. My first mistake was not returning it as soon as I opened the box and found it was not as advertised. The website and booklet that came with it showed a slightly chunky, curved handle with finger grooves: perfect for lifting. The one I got had a slender straight handle: ( which is now showing on the website) not nearly as easy to lift when full.
However I kept it and tried to fit the handle: it wouldn't tighten. When I measured & found the bottom groove in the glass jug was 6mm less than the top. I contacted the seller and they sent a proper one. I ran the cleaning cycle and then tried a glass of the next batch - it tasted horrible and made me feel quite sickly. I rinsed out the filter and tried again - same result.
I now changed the filter & realised there was something badly wrong with the original. Instead of numerous tiny carbon pellets it had a small number of biggish chunks. I'd thrown it away so don't know what they were.
With the proper filter I used the water for about a week but it didn't taste right (not my first distiller so I know how it should have tasted). I felt a bit unwell while taking it (which cleared up when I stopped) so I returned it and got a refund.
I had to pay a courier so I was still out of pocket.

I have had my distiller for approximately 5 months.

I was very impressed with the Comms from company and the product arrived in good time (stainless steel distiller & glass jug) and there are discounts available with combinations of distillers and consumables.

I use the distiller daily and have not had any issues to date.

However, the amount of residue left in the drum after use, is a real concern and therefore - to have a constant supply of clean water - I plan to purchase a second distiller from this company.

UPDATE - I have purchased a second distiller from this company. Delivery was again fast and the product does what it is supposed to do.

I would highly recommend the distiller repair service. They were really reliable and efficient & the courier pick up and drop off was so convenient. Within a short space of time they had returned my distiller as good as new. They even descaled it. If I ever need a repair in the future I will definitely use again.

The larger 6L model is much more efficient than the 4L.
Have been drinking distilled water now for 7-8 years along with many of my family and friends, and people I have met along the way, whom I have recommended it too!
Makes a cuppa or coffee taste so much better, particularly in hard water areas. (Generally this is what people comment on - they can actually taste the tea).
Also, with myself and my household I can say 100% it has definitely improved memory, concentration and intelligence levels.
Now having played around with adding things to the water to enhance it, such as vitamins, minerals, fruits and herbs, I have come to realise that the general content and TDS level of your water supply is so incredibly important.
What you put in you get out I guess.
