More delivery options, but I prefer a courier or an easybox - they deliver fast and at a good price. The delivery, by the way, is quick. Usually in one day, two at most.

My experience with this shop was very disappointing. I placed two orders: a Dior Lip Glow and two packs of Redermic Retinol creams.

The lipstick arrived without the signature engraving on the baton, which immediately raised doubts about its authenticity. When I requested a return, the shop refused it, claiming I had used the product, even though I had only opened it to verify authenticity. The return process has been extremely slow, with little communication from their side.

Regarding the creams, the cardboard packaging seems fake and doubled, and the markings on the tubes also make me question whether they are original products.

Overall, I cannot trust that any of these products are authentic, and the poor handling of returns has made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this shop.

The only store where all the Clinique products that I need are sold at one place. And the prices are good too.

Got myself Lancome La Vie Est Belle for just 415 lei. And the store has a lot of offers as good as this one. I am really satisfied and for sure will be using it a lot.

I absolutely love Bingospa products and that's the only place where you can get that many of those for this kind of price.

Managed to get myself 50ml of Prada Paradoxe for less than 500 lei which is a great deal imo. And the whole store is all about great prices and amazingly wide choice. Absolutely love it.

I placed an order, and from 8 products ordered, 4 leaked. I sent them pictures with the box full of leaked product and the deteriorated products, they said they want pictures with the barcode of the products, now they say no, they can't identify the product from the bar code only, they want pictures with the deteriorated products - probably lost the ones I sent in the first place. I think this is a huge scam, a lack of respect and that is my last interaction with them. Do not recommend this company - unless you want bad products and a lot of wasted time.

They pack their orders only in wrapping paper no bubbles , and as you can imagine a product came defective, 0 liquid inside left, sent pictures, called them, they said they will reimburse my money asap, it has been over 10 days and still no reply/money. Shady company!!!! Do not buy!

The website has security issues and no way of verifying the users who create an account. My email address was used by somebody else and I got sensitive information sent to me because they do not check the email address after registration. Moreover, the customer service doesn't understand the problem and data leakage. I do not recommend it.

An unpleasant experience. Initially, I was refused the return of some sealed products, a completely abusive attitude. Then, after I explained to them that there are major differences between the pictures on the website and the products received (the pictures are misleading, giving the impression that the product is bigger) and I informed them that I would contact Consumer Protection, they accepted the return. However, more than a week has passed and I am waiting to be contacted by the courier. I will definitely report them to Consumer Protection.

LE: The story continues. 10 days have passed since the courier picked up the return, after "urgently resolving the situation". I did not receive confirmation of receipt of the package, nor was the money refunded for the returned products, although I sent them the account to transfer my money to.

Is very esy to order, very large sortments, very good products.

I was very disappointed because I've received the package with unsealed and dirty bottles of what I have ordered ( order number 1672563923-9306), for the beginning I was wondering if it contains what it should,anyway I sent them photos and told them about what happened.
I would like to add they have offered me to return the products, which is my right of course and an offer for the next order, 10 RON less ( the offer will apply after the purchase, is not a promotional code).
After 7 months they called me asking politely if I could edit my review with all the details and the offer changed from 10 to 30 Ron less for the next order, I can say they are concerned about their image and clients as well.
Maybe I'll give them another chance.
