Very Poor Experience - No Delivery After 8 Months

I placed an order worth approximately ₹35,000 and completed the payment. It has now been over 8 months, but I have still not received my product.

I have contacted the company many times through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email, but I have not received any proper response or update. Their phone is unreachable, WhatsApp calls do not connect, and my emails remain unanswered.

This has been a very disappointing experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying from this website unless they improve their customer support and fulfill pending orders.
