Superfast Delivery

Prefect. Ordered hard to find ceramic kitchen sink and delivered the very next day via pallet force. I had been let down by another supplier who was showing stock but kept pushing back delivery dates due to "supply issues". I do wish more companies were like this and only sold items they have access to available stock.

Excellent value and super helpful by…

Excellent value and super helpful by email and over the phone. I ordered a larder unit which was exactly as described and the best price I found on the Internet. Due to covid there were difficulties getting it on on time, so they upgraded the product and the Delivery was exactly when they said, and I needed it! I then wanted an additional shelf which they went out of their way to get hold of, at half the price of anywhere else. Delivery the next day. Brilliant service.

Awful experience.

Awful experience.
I ordered a bin, it arrived faulty.
They wanted me to send photos which I did.
They refused to send me a return label, and instead arranged for it to be collected. Eventually after asking several times they refunded me LESS a 20% restock fee.
Do NOT deal with this company.

We both know this is not exactly what happened, you reported the bin as being faulty and sent us images which clearly showed that the bin was not faulty you just had not pushed the lid down on it, which was explained to you but you disagreed, so we gave you the benefit of the doubt and arranged collection on the condition that if it wasn't faulty you would be charged the cost of the return not a restocking fee as you state. Upon its return direct to the manufacturer it passed through their QC without any faults, and you were informed of this. At that point you started to threaten us as we had uncovered your attempt to defraud us, I believe the line you used was "I told you not to mess with me". As a company we like to look after our customers and will always do our best to help, which is why we have so many returning customers but we will not tolerate fraudulent actions or threatening behaviour
