I ordered a personalised Cadbury’s chocolate card as a gift for a family member. When there was an issue (the chocolate had melted in transit via Royal Mail), Josh at Make It Your Way was very quick to respond and help resolve the issue. Due to the excellent customer service I wouldn’t have any hesitations ordering from them again.

I ordered a West Ham bottle for my son, which the seller posted out super quick to ensure it arrived for his birthday. It looked great and son was very happy. This week the top of the lid cracked, and when I contacted Make it your way to ask if I could buy a replacement, they replied really quickly saying they would send one out the next day. True to his word, a parcel arrived and when I opened it, they had sent a brand new personalised bottle. My son is so happy and I cannot fault their service. A friendly and helpful company, and the bottles are great. Thank you!!
