We have just moved house and Dean has helped to make things a little less stressful/time consuming by mounting our TV and building the nursery furniture. He is really friendly and knowledgable about many things! I would definitely look no further if you’re looking for a handyman who knows his trade well. Will be keeping him in mind for future jobs. Absolutely excellent service. Arrived on time. He assembled a gaming chair and a desk both from Amazon. Finished the job quickly did an absolutely amazing job! I first hired Major Maker Ltd to assemble a whole load of flatpack furniture in September 2021. Dean, the owner, got through a quite extraordinary amount of work in a single day, in addition to quoting transparently, managing expectations, and being responsive and professional throughout.
I was so impressed with Dean and his company, and had had such mixed experience with various other tradespeople in the meantime, that I again contracted the company in December on a longer and much more complex bespoke shelving project, which has just been completed. The professionalism, reliability, and transparency in quoting were as good as I remembered, and in addition, I can now confirm that Dean is an absolutely incredible craftsman with just the eye for detail and sense of perfectionism you hope for but don't always get in a project of this kind.
If this review seems overly effusive, I should say I'm not actually easy to please; Major Maker, as an owner operated company, is just that good, and I would (and will) recommend them to anyone.
