I think their policy about cancelling orders is absurd. I can understand paying a return fee on an unopened box, but not the addition of a restocking fee. The order was made in error.

I’ve never heard of a business having you sit in a Q for over 30 minutes!
Johnathan of their customer service staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and answered all questions well. When I made a mistake on my order, he helped me to correct it. When the Post Office did not make a pick up on Fri, I left a message over the weekend. Johnathan called me back on Mon morn and offered to expedite the shipment. Given my experience with DME providers in the past, these guys are in another universe. They will be my go to resource in the future.
Not impressed with the BS from these people. Bought oxygen concentrator in march 2024 stopped working called and got bs from some guy in a closet saying o you bought a refurbished machine. Only has 6 monthly warranty. Will have a tech call to help me reset machine . Avoid at all cost .
Customer support has been very good. I have received immediate email responses when I have issues or questions. I have also received phone calls very quickly to address my concerns.
I called MajorCPAP today to ask if they have a specific bipap machine and if there was any way I could pick it up in person. Somehow I got lucky and found that they have a warehouse in my area. I admit that I was extremely skeptical but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, especially as this is a Friday before a long holiday weekend.
I was given an address in my area and was pleasantly surprised to get the unit that I’d payed for and to meet (who I presume to be) the owner. The machine is well-refurbished unit and I was lucky to get it on such short notice.
I see that some others have had poor experiences but that was not how things played out for me. The price was decent, the unit tests ok and appears to have been correctly configured for my therapy needs. I can’t say that everything will work out for your purchase but from what I’ve seen this is not a scam. Your mileage may vary.
Inept company. First they sent the machine without the hoses. Next they sent the hose without a fitting. After a month one of the check valves got stuck. I read it's a very common issue with these Homefill units. After isolating which check valve was stuck I shot a video. Tech calls me and immediately begins to scold me like a child about removing the cover so I hung up. I am not going to pay $41 for shipping and be out of business for 2 weeks every time this thing has an issue when it can be fixed by simply sending a small part! This has been the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a company. Avoid these people like the plague.
My resmed bipap v10s vauto died on me and had to order a new one. By accident I ordered the v10s and frantic to get a hold of returns only to find out that they upgraded me for free and the guy on the phone was great to talk to which is a huge plus! Will definitely be here again for my supplies to!
Horrible customer service. Ordered a cpap mask and it came in defective. Wouldn’t replace it even after I sent a picture of it.
My cpap machine was recently stolen. Ordered the same one I had from major cpap and they upgraded me for free. Got my machine in two days! It’s amazing, works perfect and brand spanking New. Best rates I’ve seen on the net. They were very friendly and service was fast! I recommend purchasing from them!!
Purchased a portable oxygen concentrator and received it in less than one week. This delivery included time over the Christmas Holiday. It works great and fantastic customer service. Thank you Eric for all your help! When we need anything else, we will check your site first.

I ordered my CPAP supplies on December 21, 2021 before noon. On December 22 I drove my wife to work. When I returned home at 7:15 AM my CPAP supplies were on my front step. This is the first time I dealt with major CPAP and I’m impressed

Stay away from Majorcpap.com. I ordered a CPAP mask and paid extra for priority shipping that stated it would be a 2 day delivery but is showing to be 6 days instead. I paid extra hoping I could get it within 5 days prior to leaving to go on a trip. They do not work the weekends and when you try to use call their phone number on the website, they do not answer. Same goes for their chat on their website, no answer even during the day on Monday when I tried. Shady operation!
Bought a CPAP, Makes a horrible squealing noise. No one would return my calls. After using the chat feature I was promised a new unit would be sent, however 3 days later no one will respond to anything. I googled the address it is a storage unit. SCAM STAY AWAY!
I ordered a case of Trilon gloves on 8/16/21. I have NO problem with this particular product. However, the case of gloves was delivered badly damaged by the USPS, and many boxes of gloves were badly crushed. I contacted the vendor, and he advised me to email him a series of photos so that he could file a claim with the USPS. In return he promised a replacement case of gloves that he was sending by way of UPS. After more than 10 business days I contacted the vendor, and my account was reviewed. The vendor promised me to immediately ship a replacement via UPS and to provide me with a tracking number. After more than 7 business days I never received a tracking number or a replacement. MajorCPAP completely failed to honor their commitment, and this company SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!
