What an amazing experience from start to finish, lovely quality product. Very swift delivery service and kept well informed from start to finish, not withstanding how polite and friendly the delivery driver Adam was, assisting us with moving our product to our garden, far over and above anything that was required of him. Very polite and professional and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company, you have an asset in your employee Adam for sure! Thanks again.

Amazing product, just a shame it cost £75 to order a £20 trim if short on a project. Should look into cheaper deliveries for smaller orders if possible

I found it very difficult to identify what I needed for my project. I sent WhatsApp messages which timed out unanswered, I called and I even went to the warehouse. The cladding boards looked fantastic quality and were exactly what I wanted, but the range is limited with no real fitting instructions and no accessories (like external corners/ starter strips of “J” strips) which are offered by other suppliers.

Arrived next day, just as described, both customer services and driver friendly and helpful.

Good advise. Priced over the phone. Payment link sent immediately so couldn’t be simpler

Majestic are a great company to deal with. The website is excellent. They had a website outage just after I ordered but were able to arrange a delivery very quickly indeed. My order was delivered at 8pm at night by a really helpful and polite driver. He couldn't do enough for you with the offloading. The products (black slatted) are excellent. Looking forward to fitting it. More orders to follow. Very happy.

Little doubt that the product is high quality and better than most ! The delivery of the main cladding boards was quick and offloaded with care. The one negative was that the clips ordered at the same time took 5 days more to deliver than the boards and as such installation was delayed. Overall I would buy again from Majestic

From the original quote to the delivery the service was 100% I dealt with Dimitri in sales and Adam the delivery driver was also excellent helping with the unloading. The grey decking is excellent and looks great

Super fast delivery and the driver (Sami? - apologies if I've forgotten your name!) Was really helpful when he dropped them off. I had a ordered on Friday afternoon, they called me Monday morning to clarify me choosing two colours of decking in one order (nice touch) and then it was here around midday on Monday.

Can't fault the service and products.

I contacted the warehouse/office to see if I could order and collect the same day and was able to get what I needed quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

I don’t usually bother doing reviews but have to say it’s a quality product - strong and sturdy, easy to fit and it looks awesome.

The sales person I had was friendly and knowledgeable on the materials I required. The materials were easily ordered and the delivery driver was very helpful unloading where requested. I would use Majestic again and have already given there contact to a friend.

Prompt service plenty of advice , it was just unfortunate that the company didn’t have the colour I was looking for
