Eric was an absolute game-changer for us during our 4-day ski experience in Les Arcs. As a 47-year-old on my fourth consecutive ski season, I had almost given up hope after a difficult experience at another resort last year. I honestly thought I was too old to learn new skills or regain my confidence on the slopes. But Eric proved me completely wrong. His exceptional teaching ability, dedication, and genuine empathy didn't just help me improve – he gave me back the pure joy of skiing that I thought I'd lost. He worked with both my husband and me, adapting his approach to our individual needs and comfort levels with remarkable patience and skill. Thanks to Eric's outstanding instruction, I can now confidently keep up with my teenage children on family ski trips, which means the world to me. He didn't just teach us technique; he rebuilt my confidence and reignited my passion for the sport. Eric is more than an instructor – he's a true professional who understands that skiing is as much about mindset and confidence as it is about physical skill. His encouragement and expert guidance transformed what could have been another disappointing experience into one of the highlights of our family vacation. We booked Andrea V. and he was an exceptional instructor and a really lovely person. We enjoyed our lessons and Andrea helped us progress really well at our own level. The whole process worked very smoothly and it was definitely well worth it.

The website is not very easy to…
The website is not very easy to understand and figure out initially, its tedious when there's a lot of instructors to choose from, and the commisions are too high in my opinion.
EDIT after reading the response. The commisions are not flat (which would makes sense, seeking to cover operation costs), but exactly 15%, which is hidden at first, and pops up on checkout. When booking a longer schedule this amounts to a reasonable sum. Do your operational costs change depending whether I book 4 hours or 20 hours?
Furthermore, the users are providing extreme value to your website by leaving comprehensive reviews about each instructor. You don't see reviews almost anywhere else, so this is gold for you, and yet the users are paying extra, not the other way around.

The cost comprises of the instructor fee which is passed directly to the instructor plus our operating fee. Anja is a seriously impressive teacher - has to be the best in the slopes by far. Lots of compassion perfectly balanced with encouragement and huge knowledge - comes from years of skiing and teaching.

Great private lesson for a mixed-ability group
Amelie was brilliant- we were a group of adult-learner parents and much more capable teenagers- Amelie spend two hours increasing our confidence and giving super constructive feedback on our technical ability (our 9th trip) and then two hours taking the kids to the snow park and doing the fun stuff! They had a fantastic afternoon and learnt so much too! Thank you Amelie!

Would recommend Maison Sport to book ski lessons
Maison Sport were very speedy at replying to my email enquiring about private ski lessons and they provided me with all the details that I requested. They explained how to book via their website, which was easy. The website made clear the individual instructors available, their personal profiles and hourly rates and availability - this meant I could select an instructor of my choosing. You cannot do this with other websites. The ski instructor then contacted me directly very soon after the booking to confirm, and contacted again closer to the time. Overall, I've had a very good experience.
