Good:
Branded product at a very good price which I was delighted with. Friendly driver delivered with no hassle to my property, which is not always easy for drivers to find. Good communication via customer support email.

Bad:
Delivery took longer than advertised with no communication. Phone number listed on website was not in service, filled in communication form on website got no reply. I started to question if this website was a scam because of delays and difficulty in communication.

However, I then tried the customer service email address on the website and received a specific date of delivery and estimate time which was correct.

Overall impression is of a small company providing a branded product at a good price, so I am happy with the service I received. However communication could be improved.

Magnificent !! I ordered a Fire Pit at 3pm on Wed and it arrived the following morning at 930am. It was delivered by a chap called John (he worked for SpecFlue, apparently they are a sister company) who was unbelievably helpful and friendly. I could not be any happier. Thank u

At first I wanted to check if this website was real, I called the number and was answered by a lovely lady who helped me with what I wanted and explained that the business was very new, which is why there were no reviews as yet,
I placed my order before 1pm and it was delivered as promised the next day, what a great service, packaged good, with a thank you card for giving them support, lovely little touch, I wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again, thank you
