Feedback on Musc Nurasana

I am writing as a long-standing admirer of the brand, which has consistently been at the very top of my fragrance collection for the past two years. Your creations have always stood out to me for their originality, depth, and lasting impression—qualities I have come to deeply associate with Maison Crivelli.

In particular, Oud Maracuja remains one of my most worn and repurchased fragrances. Its uniqueness and remarkable performance never fail to draw compliments, often even long after application. It is, to me, a perfect example of the distinctive identity your house represents.

For that reason, I was especially excited to experience your new launch, Musc Nurasana, alongside several friends who also appreciate the brand. Unfortunately, this release felt noticeably different from what I have come to expect.

While the concept itself is intriguing, the execution felt somewhat underdeveloped. On both blotter and skin, the fragrance lacked the depth and evolution that typically define your work. Instead, it settled into a more uniform and linear profile, with a clean, almost soapy character that overshadowed any nuance or complexity.

What stood out most was a sense that the composition did not fully come together in a cohesive or memorable way, particularly when compared to the richness and distinctiveness of your previous releases.

I share this feedback with genuine respect and appreciation for your work. It comes from a place of admiration and high expectations, shaped by the consistently exceptional standard you have set.

I will absolutely continue to support Maison Crivelli and look forward to your future creations. I simply wanted to offer my perspective, in the hope that it may be of value.

Amazing !!!❤️

Exceptional Customer Experience!

I recently ordered Hibiscus Mahajád and I am beyond impressed with the level of service provided by Maison Crivelli. Not only is the fragrance a masterpiece, but the customer support is truly personal and attentive.

I had a specific request regarding a sample that was discontinued, and the team (special thanks to Maxime) went above and beyond by personally reaching out and offering wonderful alternatives. They even added extra samples to my order to ensure I had a great discovery experience.

It is rare to find such a perfect balance between high-end luxury fragrances and genuine, warm human connection. Highly recommended for any perfume lover!

Haute perfumery, bargain-bin logistics

For a ~$350 fragrance, the “compliment” to the supposed luxury experience is shipping it via the cheapest possible method (USPS Ground Advantage), with no meaningful tracking and no proof it was ever handed to the carrier. There was no acceptance scan, no movement (which strongly suggests they didn’t even bother getting it scanned at the post office, because who wants to wait in line, opting instead for a drop-off), which leaves the customer with zero visibility. Calling this “tracked shipping” is misleading: a tracking number without actual scans is not tracking, it’s guesswork!

It's been 8 days since my order, and all I got to show for it is "shipping label created"!! That points to a complete disconnect between brand positioning and execution. You can’t sell a premium, sensory experience and then fulfill it through bargain-bin logistics while cutting corners on basic accountability. When delays kept stacking, their support response has been s a generic “please wait” AFTER I reached out to them, instead of volunteering a meaningful action or ownership. If this is how a luxury brand handles fulfillment, then the experience ends the moment you click “order”. From there on, you'll be on your own!

I was planning to order more, but this first experience was bitter enough to walk away. Maison Crivelli: Bring your standards up to match the level you represent!

EDIT: This shipment finally arrived after TWO weeks from the order date!!

I also found out that Maison Crivelli has outsourced their distributions in the US to a middle company named EuroPerfumes, out of NJ (they also manage several other famous niche brands).

So, all the shipping fiasco is EuroPerfumes' careless doing, and this is a note to Maison Crivelli to re-consider their relationship with this distributor, whose lacking performance reflects seriously poorly on this otherwise esteemed brand. EuroPerfumes has zero regards for your reputation, Maison Crivelli!

First time Ordering directly from the…

First time Ordering directly from the company website from the USA. Bad idea, terrible customer service! Sent 3 emails and no response!!! I spent close to 400 US dollars on first fragrance from this brand and where my order? No customer service number nothing !! Red flag ! It’s not the holiday season so there’s no excuse for this !!! Avoid!!!! I feel like I got scammed. I work hard for my money. This is unacceptable. I saved up for this fragrance for months and worked hard to pay for this fragrance just to get nothing. I want my item or a refund.

I returned my order in early February

I returned my order in early February, the parcel was delivered to their address on February 9th with full tracking proof. It is now mid-March and I have not received my 256 euro refund. Every email gets a new excuse. First they said they never received the parcel, then they told me to contact the carrier myself. I have done everything correctly and provided all the evidence. This is simply not acceptable for a brand that calls itself luxury. Avoid if you value your money.

I originally purchased from Maison…

I originally purchased from Maison Crivelli French website the samples and I wanted to buy again a month later but I had to buy it from the American website which was more expensive. However, I would admit Maison Crivelli honor my purchase on the French website and sent me my discount code from buying the extrait samples and I got my oud cadenza which gets me so many compliments!

AVOID!!!!!

AVOID!!!!!

Placed an order directly from the website given they offer free shipping over €100. Spent over €370 on the product when I got a email to confirm package has been shipped I tracked 2 days after to only be sent an email from DPD to say I need to pay custom tax. I forwarded that to customer services which clearly no response via any of their portals. I had no choice but to pay £75 in order to receive the package. Over €470 spent if I knew that customer services was that disgusting would have never ordered from there website. Best advice purchase from a UK retailer. As of today no response to my emails from customer service.

False confirmations, broken promises, and no accountability

I placed my order on 5 December (over €100). The parcel was shipped but never left France and was returned to Maison Crivelli, which is clearly shown in the tracking information.

After several days of being ignored via email and the online contact form, I finally received a response only after contacting the brand on Instagram. I was told the issue would be handled. A customer service agent, Leila, personally assured me that she would monitor my order, provide updates, and resolve the situation. I was even told an apology gift would be included.

On Monday, 15 December, I was explicitly confirmed in writing that my order would be reshipped, that it was already with their logistics team, and that I would shortly receive confirmation and a new tracking number. Today is 18 December, and since that message there have been no updates, no tracking number, and no further replies to my emails.

There has been more than enough time to resolve this issue since the order was returned to them, yet no action has been taken. As of today, I have no order and no refund, while my money remains with the company.

For a brand that presents itself as luxury, this level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Making written confirmations and then failing to follow through shows a serious lack of accountability.

I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering online from Maison Crivelli. If something goes wrong, do not expect reliable support or honest communication.
***no complaints about perfume, it’s really nice and very unique. All review is about shopping experience***

I decided to try a new fragrance after using the same perfume 20 years and a friend recommended Maison Crivelli. I’m completely astonished with the smell itself. I have found the customer service exceptional and the speed of replies to any email queries very satisfactory. I have dealt with Leila who always sent clear detailed emails when she offers to pay the custom charges . I always receive compliments for the perfumes. So far I have tried the OUD trio and also the Hibiscus - fantastic!

Amazing Fragrances and Excellent Customer Care

Maison Crivelli delivers not only exceptional fragrances but also impeccable customer care. After being buying their Olfactory Discovery Set, I finally chose a full-size bottle of Oud Marakujá, which is my perfume with the most compliments. Despite some hiccups with ordering and delivery, Leila from Customer Service guided me through every step with genuine care and attention. Her support turned a simple purchase into a memorable experience. I came for the perfume, but I’ll defined return for the way the Maison Crivelli team treats their customers. As a bonus, I received a sample of their new fragrance, Cuir Infrarouge, and WOW, it's just stunning! Very likely my next choice.

I bought a perfume from Maison Crivelli all the way from the UK. They paid for the UK customs charge, instantly. I sent the DPD link and they swiftly paid and dealt with it for me. So grateful for the fast response and the kindness shown

Do not order directly

They have some great perfumes, but I strongly advise against ordering from Maison Crivelli directly. My package was never delivered, and customer service did nothing to help or compensate me. They kept stalling, ignored my evidence, and refused a refund. This is the last time I ever order from them. Completely unacceptable how they treat paying customers.

Outstanding Niche perfume

I had an amazing experience with Maison Crivelli, and I have to give a special mention to Leila for her outstanding service. She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process feel personal and enjoyable.

The perfumes themselves are of exceptional quality, especially the parfum extrait creations, which are truly long-lasting and beautifully crafted. From start to finish, the customer care and product quality have been top tier a true 5-star experience. My favourite fragrance is Cuir
InfraRouge.

Excellent Service

I ordered the discovery set and fell in love with Tubéreuse Astral. The projection is strong, and I plan to reward myself with a full bottle once I pass my driver’s license. The customer service has been excellent. Responsive, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.
