I had international delivery address changes ay Christmas time. The customer service was fast, friendly and flexible. I only buy my cashmere with Maison Cashmere. I wish they would offer 4-5 thread thickness twin sets and other classic items. I recommend MC.

Great navy blue cashmere stole a
My navy blue cashmere stole arrived really speedily and I am absolutely delighted with the quality. It is very generous in size and unbelievably soft. I might treat myself shortly to one in a different colour. Really fab!

Cashmere hood replacement
I had a problem with the cashmere hood I ordered. Something happened to the package and in turn damaged the hood. I sent pictures and the explanation if what occurred. Eleonora was very helpful and kind throughout this whole thing. I just received the replacement for the cashmere hood . No damage. Absolutely perfect.

Quality, free shipping and quality

Maison cashmere is a lovely company to deal with. I appreciate that many items are made to order and so don’t mind waiting a bit longer for items to arrive. It’s good that a time frame us given and being able to check the progress on the website is a great idea.
I love and wear regularly all the pieces I have bought from them. I have recently purchased the warmer weight cashmere roll neck which has been really useful this winter and well worth the money. And another cashmere v neck which is useful in winter with layers and beautiful in spring with a silk camisole underneath. I have previously bought Giza cotton in a shirt / cardigan which is a brilliant layering piece.
All their pieces are excellent quality, beautifully designed and constructed and practical for every day wear but easy to dress up for occasions. They wash and wear well ( I do hand wash and de pill when necessary and store them carefully as would be expected with cashmere).
100% recommend this company.

A very good price-quality ratio

Nice styles at good price
Nice styles and colours and good price. Quality could be better as I find the cashmere bobbles - although I don’t know if it’s possible to buy new cashmere that doesn’t bobble. Lovely and warm though. The return process is a bit slow and inconvenient but I did get refunded. I have also had a problem with a recent purchase of the stitching round the neck coming undone after a few wears and I keep having to sew it back together in different places which is annoying and I think it’s due to poor stitching.

the fabric and workmanship are…
the fabric and workmanship are beautiful. However, with some garments, petite sizing would be appreciated. Most woman are not 5' 8" to 5' 10"; and, it is not really possible to shorten sleeves and hems on knitted garments. (My friend is 5' 3")
We considered custom sizing options, but it seemed that it would be a very uncertain endeavor.

Quality and fair price ar exceptional
The selection and quality of very high quality cashmere, including custom colors and ordering. Deivery excellent as is the packaging.
I did reuir help with shipping and biling issue and THAT took more back and forth than I would have wished, but it was settled correctly after a few tries. Because they are SO good in their product, I have not downgraded -- but it is my hope that this will be corretced.
