Absolutely worth every cent
Obsessed with this dress! It’s insanely soft and feels so luxe without being heavy or bulky. Super warm but still lightweight, which I didn’t expect.
The fit is really flattering and easy to dress up or down. Definitely feels like one of those pieces I’ll keep reaching for.

Delay... two weeks
There was a delay getting the gift to mum for her birthday, so that was not great. It took two weeks and I ordered it a week ahead. The Fedex delivery info was not accurate, incorrectly saying the order was unable to be delivered. I am used to Australian companies delivering much faster.

We're also sorry to hear the FedEx tracking updates along the way weren't as clear as they should have been. International deliveries pass through several stages, including transit and customs clearance, which can affect both the timing and the information shown en route.
As an Italian company, shipments to Australia travel a fair distance, and in this case the order also coincided with a public holiday here before dispatch. It's something we're always mindful of as we work to make the experience smoother for our international customers.

I ordered a Merino sweater which was of…
I ordered a Merino sweater which was of poor quality (itchy and very flimsy material). Return shipping costs were stated as 5,90€ which I was willing to pay. They charged me 11,80€ and stated they would not return the initial shipping costs of 5,90€ because my order value was below 150€. This goes against EU law, the company is obligated to return the initial shipping costs when you return the whole order. Customer service stated multiple times they would not return the 5,90€ even though it is the law. I guess the people at Maison Cashmere think laws don‘t apply to them. Unprofessional and zero respect for customer rights.
