Fraud. The images on their site show embroidered emblems on their hats. What you receive is a cheap sticker printed on the hat. They require you to send the hat back to China for a refund. Should have checked here before ordering. 😑
Total ripoff! Never got my hat on delivery date that was fake. Screw this company. I’m so pissed, I’ll never order anything from the internet again.
Ordered a hat from them. It looked like a good hat, and it said it was made in the U.S. , so I figured I’d get it quickly. It’s now been 3 1/2 weeks, and it’s still sitting in a warehouse in China. Avoid at all costs.
Total garbage avoid at all costs. Hats are from China and are nothing like advertising photos. When you try to return for a refund they will offer you 10 % off to keep it, or you will have to pay for overseas shipping return cost even though the product is shipped to you from within the US. Total scam!!!

I ordered hat Nov. 1 and got 3 weeks later. When hat arrived, it was so small and I could not adjust it to make it bigger. These hats are great for a child or little Asian, but not and USA male.

I ordered a hat. I wanted to return. They shipped the hat from Chicago - they want me to pay return charges to CHINA. Their website states full refund in 30 days - no mention of CHINA
I ordered a coat from Madisonura. It arrived … then a second identical coat arrived. I reached out to see if I had inadvertently ordered and paid for a second coat. The customer service team promptly responded… it was a mistake at their end. They apologized.. assured me I had only been charged for one item. They said I didn’t need to return the second item. They were swift, courteous and I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
