Do not purchase from Maison Claire, they are an awful company to deal with and have very poor customer service. I purchased 3 belts, size 34-38 inch. 2 of the belts were properly sized (actual length 45 1/2 inch), however the 3rd belt is 51 inches and entirely too long for me to wear as it wraps half way around my waist. I called customer service and shared that they must have sent the wrong size for one belt. They said it's likely that the belt I ordered was out of stock, so they instead shipped the next size up (38-42 inch), which is surely the problem here. I simply asked for them to replace the incorrect size belt with the one that I actually ordered or a similar belt of the proper size and I will send back this unused belt. However they refused because I reached out to support 45 days after purchase, and they have a 30 day limit, as I did not try on the belt within 30 days. They offered a 15% discount for me to but a new belt (again) and cross my fingers that they send the proper size. Of course I refused to spend another dime with this company. This again is extremely poor customer service. Do not spend your hard earned money with a company that does not do right by its customers when they are clearly in the wrong.

Do not buy! The quality is terrible for the price you pay and they’ll send sizes that don’t fit and are not even correct as per your selection. Moreover the shirts came with their collar tags cut off!! Just the thought that someone cut off the tags sickens me. I’m 1000% sure they source the clothes cheap from China and then resell at crazy prices. You have been warned.

Terrible quality. Nothing like the picture advertised. Also, if you are outside of the European region, they offer no refunds. So, buyer be aware. Would not recommend shopping here.

Scam website

Avoid buying anything from this website at all costs. Wish I actually did some research before spending $80 on a phone case which is barely worth $2. Clearly just a drop-shipping website that steals images from other, high quality brands and creates trashy replicas. Looks like their website was only created in 2025 and their social media pages look dodgey. Such poor ethics this company has to spam you with ads showing a beautiful product, only for the actual item to be a piece of crap. Hope karma bites this company in the ass - bunch of disgusting scammers honestly.

Such a scam. I spent almost 40 dollars on a case and it looks like someone just printed the design in their home and slapped it on a case. I requested a refund and they only offer a 10%discount. Won’t work with you. DONT BUY FROM THEM

Do not buy from this company! Merchandise advertised on the website is not what is sold. The 3D phone cases are actually cheap paper printed cases and look nothing like the photos on the website.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The product is no where close to what is advertised. Beware. Do NOT buy from this company.

Terrible quality. The phone cases look cheap and you could purchase something similar for £5 on eBay. Awful customer care and do not offer refunds.

I’ve ordered a phone case.
It’s supposed to be 3D and it’s like 39 dollars I’ve received a case that is paper printed with very low quality that you won’t use it for free.
And there is no a refund option.

Do not buy a phone case from this site. Much like the other reviews, what I received was a poor quality blurry picture of what was advertised. Waste of your money

Horrific - don’t bother cheap looking phone case paid £35 for what appeared to be a beautiful phone case when i received it it was a blurry printed picture on the back of the case! ROBBIN PRICKS

Do not buy any phone cases from maison clair - phone case looks nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s just a crappy printed picture on the back of the case. Poor quality

I bought a phone case for 30$. The original price is 70$. In the picture it has crystals on it. They gave me a phone case worth 5 bucks. It stickers on a clear case. I could have done this myself. Totally misleading!

This company is a scam. I spent more than $50 for a phone case that took many weeks to arrive, even with expedited shipping. The case finally got here and is faded, the print is all messed up. You can’t tell what it is or what it’s supposed to be. It’s a cheap piece of garbage that shouldn’t cost more than $5.00. I emailed the company and sent them photos, requesting a return and my money back. They offered a 20% refund and will not allow me to return it. I called them out on their deceptive and misleading marketing practices (which are illegal in the US) and am contemplating filing a case. Total crooks! The exact same phone case was on tik tok shop for $8.00. Do not give this company your money. They are total scammers.

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE. payed $40 for a blurry picture printed into a phone case. Looked nothing like it did online. “Raised embellishments” are not embellishments at all. It’s just a picture. Also took two months to come in.

This is a trash product. The phone case looks nothing like advertised. It’s like they print in some dull ink and slap it on the phone case. YOU CANNOT RETURN THINGS!!!!! This a scam and nothing like advertised. Do not purchase from this company.

Absolutely appalled by what I received paid nearly £40 for the worst phone case not even worth £2. Nothing like the pictures avoid this website at all cost.
