Had an order with 2 items and 1 arrived broken (not necessarily their fault, but the item could've been packaged better), however I sent multipe emails and a message via Facebook requesting a replacement, and later a refund, and heard nothing back whatsoever.

The order was for a gift and it will now not arrive in time... absolutely no communication and the Shopify app will not allow me to make a claim for 30 days.

Broken ORDER - SLOW SERVICE - NO RESPONSE TO EMAILS REQUESTING RECTIFICATION
I ordered 2 sets of hydrangeas mugs. I received 1 set of 2 in a box of which one was broken. I immediately sent an email. 6 days later there has been no response to my email regarding the faulty order and no response to my review.
So I’ve paid for 4 mugs and received 1 mug.

This company does not answer emails and has no contact phone details! I sent 4 emails after ordering : "Your system has used my old address after I paid!!
My correct address is .......... which is on my account..Please do NOT send to old address!Please confirm above" Totally ignored with no reply and never got product. I lodged a dispute with my credit card. Still no response from this dodgy company. Don't use. Take your money and ignore you.

Hi George, have you emailed us regarding this or contacted us? We sent this item out at the very start of December. You should have received a tracking link regarding this.
I can see that it was scanned on the 3rd of December but has been delayed since then. I’ve contacted Aramex to chase this up now and if they are unable to locate your parcel we will either refund or resend the item.
