Just getting started. All account set up and funds transfers were handled flawlessly.

My only complaint is that I really would like to see an online portal.

Answering the phone, that may not sound like much but it was a surprise to have someone not only answer the phone right away but also knew what was going on with my account. Huge benefit setting up a new account and made me feel confident moving money.

I received a distribution on my Mainstar trust Ira/GWG but why didn’t I receive one for February?

I'm a retail investor who's gradually taking control of my own investments. This means moving things out of various target ETFs and such at national firms and moving them into stocks that I pick and hold largely through DRS with Mainstar Trust as my custodian. The people I have interfaced with so far have been Super Helpful, and I very much appreciate that. I'm new to this, and to my eyes the fees seem reasonable for the services provided.

The only reason I have any investments in MainStar or Priority Income Fund is because I inherited the accounts from my mother. Her advisor (and I use that term VERY loosely for him) got her into them. My Mom passed in August, and it took until January to get the accounts transferred, with MainStar and PIF making it as difficult as possible. When my Father in Law passed in December of 2020, we had his accounts at USBank Wealth Management transferred by the end of February. Also most of the "investments" I now hold in these accounts are not liquid, so I assume it will be a major hassle making the required RMDs very difficult.

Process was easy. When I had a question help was easily accessed.
Since, I have used this service for an extended period of time and
have had no problems. The performance is well worth the cost.

Every time I reach out to Mainstar, they respond in a timely and understandable way. I really enjoy working with them.

It took forever to get my IRA funds transferred from BofA to Mainstar. Otherwise, all has gone well. Thanks, Mark

Always helpful no matter who I talk to and if they cannot answer my question then they get someone who can help.

I have been utilizing MT since December and in every instance have found them to be available quickly, knowledgeable, responsive and have resolved most any issues that have arisen.
