Contract Cancelation as Non-German Speaker
I needed to cancel my contract, which they make a bit difficult. I tried to submit the form online, but because I was moving abroad, they required me to call. I tried using their chat feature and the first agent also said I needed to call. This is difficult as I don't speak very much German. I did try to call, but the person couldn't help me in English. So I tried the chat again, explained the situation (thanks to Google translate), and the agent - Stefanie - was able to take care of it immediately for me. Thank you, Stefanie!
