Refund Promised but Never Issued
I placed an order with Main Line Overland in November 2025 and canceled the order immediately. I received written confirmation from the company on November 18, 2025, stating that my refund of $1,520 had been approved and would be issued within 7–10 business days.
The refund was never issued.
Since then:
• I have emailed multiple times
• I have called and left voicemails
• I have received no response from the company
• The refund still has not been processed
I never received the product, and I never received the refund that was promised in writing.
I have now had to:
• File a dispute with my credit card company
• Submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
• Leave public reviews to warn other customers
This has been extremely disappointing and inconvenient. I hope my experience prevents others from having the same issue.
