Paid for 2-day shipping, got a 16-day headache and zero accountability
I ordered the Hilary Duff vinyl on Feb 23rd and paid extra for 2-day expedited shipping. What followed was a complete communication blackout. I had to send six separate email threads in a single day just to get a human response on March 4th, only to be told my order was 'lost.'
Their 'solution' was to send a replacement, which they framed as making it up to me. That isn't a gesture of goodwill; that is the bare minimum. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my expedited shipping fee, claiming they 'needed it' for the current shipment. Yet, it shipped March 5th and isn't arriving until March 11th.
