Used these cleaners for a recent move out from a house share. They were helpful and responsive on the phone and flexible when we had to change the date last minute by our landlords request. I haven’t seen the property but our landlord was really happy with it and said they did a thorough job. It was one of the best prices we could find for our large house and I am happy we used this company.

Extremely disappointed. I wish I'd seen these reviews earlier. They charged me 300 pounds for the entire flat cleaning which supposedly included the carpet and balcony both of which are missing services. I'm stranded helpless not knowing what to do. I feel cheated and frustrated.

Difficult to deal with and not trustworthy

I booked a "deep clean" and was made to pay in advance. The cleaners turned up 30 minutes late. After an hour of cleaning, I got a phone call from the office asking for £90 more to complete the job, stating they wouldn't guarantee the quality of the clean without additional payment. The cleaners left the property having completed none of the promised work. The cabinets were not cleaned, there was visible dust on most of the surfaces, the windows had not been cleaned. All they seemed to do was vacuum one room and clean down the surfaces in the kitchen.

The team arrived promptly and got straight to work, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency throughout. Every nook and cranny was meticulously cleaned, leaving the property sparkling from top to bottom. Biser and his team did a great job.

I got in touch via the online form and they responded quickly with a quote that seemed reasonable (£150 for a 2 bed flat, unfurnished, following painting). The communication was really good throughout, and they were able to come with all equipment and collect the keys from the local estate agent (for an extra fee). I had to pop round to the flat during their cleaning and could see they were working hard.

Amazing job, did a deep clean for my apartment and it was a brilliant job and very professional. It came out better than I hoped for, will definitely use again.

Not only did they tackle the visible areas with precision, but they also took care of those often overlooked spots, ensuring a thorough and comprehensive clean.

As a landlord living in Netherlands I trusted the company to do an end of tenancy cleaning and everything went smooth. The team kindly collected keys and sent me photos showing literally every corner of my property. The new tenants are very satisfied with the results and I will definitely book again. Amazing job, did some spring cleaning, came out better than I hoped for.

STAY AWAY DO NOT USE.
Booked for 3 hours they did two and did not complete even half the jobs that were listed on the email sent confirming the job.
Floors left dusty and not hoovered and moped.
Counters not wiped.
It was if they had not been.
£140 for two hours for the cleaner to leave when asked to finish the job as agreed.
No communication or answer when I’ve rung them repeatedly for a refund.

They do not do any actual cleaning. Also they inexplicably removed a bathroom glass (for mouth rinsing) which I then had to replace in order to ensure I did not have deductions from my deposit. I also had to do the cleaning I paid them to do!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Standards poor- customer service poor - communication poor - do not deal with complaints - blame everything on your goods rather than the actual problem- paid £89 and cooker hob still had food on it- blamed it on old cooker and rusting… so not old or rusting!!!

They were 4 hours late, with no compensation, didn’t do what they said they would in the time allocated, left scratches on the worktop, didn’t do a great job cleaning in general and they don’t respond to emails or complaints. Customer service was abysmal. Avoid like the plague, it was a total waste of money.

The quality of the carpet cleaning provided was good and the communication with the customer support team very easy. However, the carpet cleaning technician did not manage to remove all the stains ( some of theme were due to my dog pee).

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not even worth 1 star. Wow, I wished I'd looked at the reviews on here before booking these cowboys. My own experience mirrors many of these reviews, I paid £180 up front for a deep clean of a property, they had fair warning that it needed a deep clean and had been neglected. One cleaner turned up, 90 minutes late, put her head in the door and refused to come in because of the smell of a dog. You're a cleaning company, what do you think you are meant to do??? Maybe we should clean up before you come so it's all smelling of roses first?

A completely unprofessional company. Avoid at all costs. I'm guessing they employ kids who have no clue and need to meet stupid timings. Result - a £100 "deep clean" of a studio supposedly taking 2 hours (seems quick) was very superficial. Had to do it myself in the end. And after returning after 1 hr 45 min they were gone leaving my flat open. Avoid!!

Please boycott this company. After booking weeks in advance for a 3 hour deep clean at the end of my tenancy, the cleaner apparently ‘called in sick’ an hour before she was meant to turn up at 9am. The stress and panic this caused was immense and after calling five times, I finally managed to get through to someone and ask if they’d be able to send someone else over. There was no apology or offer to make this inconvenience up to me. They said they had an ‘emergency cleaner’ who could come over later on that day but only stay for an hour and refused to change the price. Maria, who I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful and refused to come up with any solution. I was left to do all the cleaning myself while working a full time job and only having a matter of hours before I had to vacate the premises. Disgusting behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
