While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. BetterMerge (formerly Mailway Mail Merge) is a mail merge tool for Gmail and Google Sheets. Write one email template, and BetterMerge sends a personalized copy to every row of your sheet from your own Gmail account, so replies come straight back to you. You can personalize the subject, body, links, and images, and attach a different file from Google Drive for each recipient. Opens and clicks are tracked, and each row's status is written back to your sheet. You can schedule campaigns, spread large lists across days, and follow up only with people who opened, clicked, or didn't reply. The AI Assistant helps you draft and improve templates and checks them for spam risks before you send. You can send yourself a test of any row first, and pause, resume, or stop a campaign at any time. BetterMerge works as a Google Sheets add-on and as a web dashboard at app.bettermerge.com. It asks Google only for permission to send email and can't read your inbox. Small businesses, recruiters, schools, nonprofits, and event organizers use it to send personal emails at scale. There's a free plan, and paid plans add higher daily limits and more features.
