I do not have a Mailmeteor account nor have I ever used the platform. My credit card has been charged 3 times by them and while I disputed it with my bank, there’s no way of reaching out to Mailmeteor support without having a paid account. I am unable to ask them anything about the account using my information.

All messages were blocked and not send.

Edit: 19 mails sent, none of them were ever received.

This Mailmeteor app is super powerful and convenient to use. I will definitely recommend more people to use this tool

MailMeteor has made my email life better.
I was doubtful on taking the subscription but then i took 1 month plan and everything was sorted. my contacts grew bigger.

I love Mailmeteor so much. It has saved my life so many times, and has definitely saved me time a million times!
I use it at work to contact school students, and it's the best tool I've found.

Simple, easy to use.
might be intimidating at 1st but the videos break it down.

Sometimes a little tricky with saving and finding templates or campaigns from within Google Sheets.

Overall Highly recommended!! (infact I have to many colleagues)

Mailmeteor has made my life much better and gotten my email addresses off of the internet police's list. I send a newsletter to around 120 people and this service makes it easy.

Not the tool you need for high volume. But I just wanted to send the same email over to a small list of recipients, and this tool handles it perfectly.

Great Product !! Easy to use and effective

Received emails from my bank that it had denied credit for $2K of items charged to my account. Among the unauthorized/fraudulent charges was a subscription to "Mailmeteor" for $12.99. I had never heard of Mailmeteor. I never authorized a subscription to Mailmeteor. Nonetheless, Mailmeteor was granted access to my gmail account which I immediately canceled. I also blocked subsequent gmails from folks at Mailmeteor. Something's fishy. Can't believe I am the first/only person with this experience.

Tool is really clean and the support actually answers questions. This makes it far better than the competition out there which shall remain nameless.....

I find Mailmeteor easy to use, there are no unnecessary steps you have to go through
I epically like the campaign stats at the end of the mail shot, how many mails were opened etc
The info they give you really helps to keep your database clean with the unsendable addresses. We will be using this again

Mailmeteor has changed the game for me. I send many pitches out a week, and this software makes me a lot faster, more efficient, and I basically can now follow up with podcasts in my sleep! Cool stuff!

I am a long time user of meteror mail - it used to be awesome! Sadly, it doesn't work as well as it used to. It is lost all the functionality that made it valuable. You used to take me 10 minutes to set up everything. I have wasted 12 hours making videos for the support team - who doesn't actually know how to use the product - to show them how everything that worked before is now broken. I don't see the same value I used to which makes me very sad.

The frame is changing and without regular usage that I don't have, I may be lost in these changes.
Last point was with the template usage. I didin't find the way to use a template to send the email from the sheet. It might be improved.
BUT
I still realy appréciate the tool that is useful and respond to my usages.
