Absolutely fantastic service, couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Great company and a great bunch of guys, really really helpful - even lifted up and plumbed in our washing machine as it had to go into a space off the ground. I really can’t rate the service highly enough. If you’re looking for a removal company, pick Maidstone Removals

Absolutely fantastic company from start to finish. Rob was one of the most caring people who we have ever come across. The staff were outstanding from the start to finish. Bob and his team were fantastic from the moment they arrived to the moment they left us. They arrived early and got straight on with the job, checking in with us whenever needed. At our new house, they ensured they were putting our belongings in the rooms we wanted and didn't want to leave until we were happy that everything was in the right place. We couldn’t recommend Maidstone Removals highly enough. From the moment Jack came to do our quotation the whole team have been nothing but fantastic. They are incredibly polite, were always early and were super efficient. We were packed up and out of our home by half 10 with a full lorry and full Luton. Just a shame our sellers didn’t have as swift a team as we did as we then had to wait around for three hours to get in to the new place. But once in there, the team made light work of getting us in and putting our furniture back together where needed too. You won’t go wrong if you call Robert and use Maidstone Removals.

This is the second time we have used Maidstone Removals in 4 years and both times we have found them excellent. This time we set them quite a challenge with about 140 boxes, garden furniture/equipment, plants, furniture and garage storage units.
The house was emptied onto the lorry’s in three hours and the team disappeared to get lunch whilst awaiting completion. This happened at about 3pm and the lorries were unloaded after 5pm. Mats were put down, and they were really caring for our property. They seemed tireless and even put up with my wife’s request to re-site furniture.
We cannot thank the guys enough and if we are ever unfortunate enough to have to move again we will certainly be using Maidstone Removals again.

Maidstone Removals were absolutely brilliant with our move. The quote was first received in August 2020 which was very competitive and stayed the same until we actually moved in February 2021. They were reliable, trustworthy and very hardworking throughout the day and made our move a lot less stressful. Communications with Rob throughout the whole process was outstanding and he would always return our calls/emails. On the day of the move everything went smoothly except for one damaged item. On contacting Maidstone Removals after the event they were very apologetic and went out of their way to collect, replace, deliver a brand new replacement for us and also disposed of the damaged goods with absolutely no quibble at all. We would 100% without hesitation recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future.

Efficient, Friendly, Courtesy and AMAZING!!

We used Maidstone this week for packing and removal - could not recommend them more. We had an amazing experience with the professionalism and experience of the huge removal companies but nowhere near as expensive.

Absolutely amazing chaps, and went above / beyond!

The removal men were really lovely and so helpful so this is nothing to do with how they were on the day in question. However, when my partner's 70inch tv came back on the 12th November this was damaged inside, there is a massive crack inside the tv but this is something we did not see until we plugged the TV in 2 days later. At the time we were still living in temporary accommodation up until the 14th November which is why we never noticed what had happened to our TV as we hadn't actually moved back in yet and there was no visible marks it looked normal. The only photos I have to prove our tv was working before it was taken away are days before the removal date and my word saying the tv was working that day when the men turned up is not sufficient and so they believe we are lying and that we have done this to our own tv. This tv cost us a hell of a lot of money and we would not smash up our own tv just to randomly blame a removal company. We have been out of our home for 8 long months and one of the things we were looking forward to when we got back to our home was to watch tv on our 70 inch in the comfort of our own home. We cannot believe that this has happened or how it's even happened but it was definitely not done by ourselves and we are so so incredibly upset that we are not being believed and that Maidstone Removals are taking no blame. I feel we have been treated so unfairly in this situation and are looking to take this further. I wish I did take a picture of the tv when it was turned on that day the removal men came now, I thought taking a picture of it with the tv turned off would be sufficient enough but we have been told it's not acceptable. Worst customer service/after care I have ever recieved and made out to be a liar, that we have done this ourselves.

Maidstone removals were excellent from start to finish with a professional and hard working team that go above and beyond. Their time keeping was excellent and they would go the extra mile, dismantling furniture and emptying the loft. We went with the packing service as well which was well worth the money. Couldn't fault them and would highly recommend.

Maidstone Removals are a thoroughly first-class outfit: they were professional, efficient and helpful. They sent an estimator in person; they accommodated a COVID-related re-arrangement with ease; they arrived on time; they were able to load items from multiple locations; and they were super-speedy. They were considerate, too, leaving boxes in safe places to avoid obstructing access and laying down protectors to avoid damaging the carpet. I would not hesitate to use them again.
