Please read these reviews before making a purchase! This company MAGZ-RETAIL ARE SCAMMERS! I got caught through an advertising through Instagram but beware!! You will place an order and you will not receive anything! I ordered a $29.99 shoe rack and never received my package 📦! The company stole my funds! So if you see any advertisement on any social media before you make the purchase check their reviews first! I reported them to the BBB please do the same. Thank you

Total scam. Site no longer exists. Totally ghosted me. Chime wouldn't refund my purchase either.

I order shoe containers back in February and to date have not received them. Funny how I can no longer reach them! They just stole my money. Best believe I am closing that credit card so you all can't change me for anything else.

SCAM ALERT! There should be an option for negative stars. They will never ship you your item but will send you a fake tracking number. tracking site has now been disabled several months later. Do not order from them.

I order car vaccume 4 months ago and i still didn't get it mine one. Before i can track my order but now i even cant track my order and they even not replying the mail.

Same like everyone else here, blinded by a super cheap price, I purchased a retractable shoe organiser, never received the item until now, sending me tracking link that doesn't even work, they will say they use the lowest shipping rate thats why the price is cheap and it took longer to arrived.
Not even worth 1 star…may one day u get caught! Stealing our money that we work hard for it…

I ordered some storage boxes from this company in May. Two months later and i have not received my order. I emailed them 4 times with no response and I have been unable to contact anyone by phone. I have been robbed of my money. I will not recommend this company nor will I ever use them again and I am going to spread word to all my friends and family about my experience with them.

Ordered a shoe organizer for Father’s Day, a week before Father’s Day and it still hasn’t arrived. And I never received a proper receipt from them so there’s no way to get a refund. And the website is always down so I can’t contact them.

I don't even want to select 1 star. I ordered an item back in May. Received shipping confirmation that does not exist apparently. I have sent 2 emails requesting status and have received no reply. Don't waist your time with this company. Very disappointing.

I ordered June 15 th and sent several emails asking for tracking and no reply .still haven’t received my order but took my money I will be calling my bank to dispute ….

Just like everyone else I placed an order in April 28th gave me a tracking link and still nothing and can't reach it anymore to track

TOTAL SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY! I ordered a shoe organizer back in March, the package was delivered in May to an address in Texas. I contacted the company and they ensured me it was a mistake and that they would give me a partial refund as well as sending a replacement to me. They sent the new order form pretending to send me the replacement, and it was not working on their website tracking. I emailed them once more, and here I am June and no package nor response to my email. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING WITH “MAGZ” IN IT!

Ordered a product which was never delivered. Got sent a tracking link which said the package was delivered to Texas USA, I am in Australia. Emailed them to ask what was going on and they said oops, we’ll re-send it. It’s been months and hasn’t arrived and they no longer return emails. Do not buy anything off these criminals.

The order was never shipped. Poor customer service, noreply. I had to go to my card services to get a refund. They are all lies
