Defected lenses

On December 6th, I purchased progressive lenses from Rivoli EyeZone at Dubai Mall for 5,075 AED (726 AED for the frame, 4,349 AED for the lenses). Since purchase, the lenses become dirty extremely quickly, requiring multiple cleanings daily. I even bought special glass spray and wipes, but the problem persists. After less than three months, I returned the glasses under the one-year warranty. The lab first blamed facial oils, which is impossible as the lenses do not touch my face. After further review, the store admitted that the lenses, their best model, are defective and cannot be fixed. Their reply was extremely frustrating: they asked me to keep cleaning the lenses and stated they cannot fix, replace, or refund, and hoped for my understanding. I have now been without my glasses for ten days, causing major inconvenience, and the company shows no concern. I reported the issue to consumer rights in Dubai.
