Mago Möbel - Risky business

Buying products at the german web shop Mago Möbel can be risky business.

I bought a bathroom cabinet with a granite counter top, and the granite was not just broken during the transport, but we found a piece of the broken granite in a closed cartonbox together with the sink. - Which means that the granite was broken even before shipment!

Mago Möbel promised to replace the damaged counter top, but after several phone calls they decided to make us the ”offer” that we could just pay for a new counter top.
