I never ever had such a shit quality of shoes.
Never again!
Complete disaster!

Bought magnums of their website. Paid 90£ and they lasted 6 months. After that company bought for me another magnums and they lasted 3 months .... Paper quality .

Purchased a pair of Magnum Ultima size 8 patrol uniform work boots in November 23. Have already come apart at the sole. Purchased through Britannia Safety Limited. Was told it was fair wear and tear so no come back. A pair of booths that cost £140+ been worn for police job and they dont last 10months. Very poor quality wont buy again.

I Purchased waterproof Magnum boots last May.
They never been waterproof! The sole is nade of rubbish material and after 3 months of use was completely worn out and therefore dangerous. The membrane inside torn off.
The retailer Millets.co.uk don't accept my claim.

If you have $200-$300+ to just waste then Magnum boots are for you...

Regardless of the boots being properly tied and worn, and only general use, at not even 8 weeks old my boots began to separate at the inner side of uppers and the outer sole, including the toe area...

I contacted Magnum boots only to be told that the model of boot I purchased were not build for, or sold out of Australia, and the best Magnum could offer is a 40% discount on the purchase of another pair instead of replacement under Magnums 12 month warranty...

I had the separated area repaired by a qualified shoe repairer...

Fast forward a few more months and my boot began to separate further towards the rear of the boot in the same area...
I again had the boot repaired by the same repairer...

Just short of the 12 month period, the same boot began to separate at the outer edge of tje uppers and outer sole and heel, and has torn through the leather requiring yet more repairs...

On top of the upper and outer sole separating, the material used for the inner lining has worn through the heel area on the same boot, regardless of the boot being correctly tied and only used for general day to day wear...

Furthermore to the afore mentioned issues, the leather across the steel toe area was improperly fitted and had wrinkles in it...

Magnum boots clearly have no respect for their customers and no intention of honouring THEIR
WARRANTY FOR THEIR BOOTS...
They clearly aren't too concerned about return customers either...
Regardless of whether or not the boots were build and sold out of Australia, THEY ARE MAGNUM BOOTS AND THEIR WARRANTY SHOULD BE HONOURED...

I HAVE SUPPLIED PHOTOS OF THE SUBSTANDARD QUALITY AND THE ISSUES ENCOUNTERED TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE THEM...

Don't waste your hard earned money on Magnums poorly constructed, poor quality boots, or risk their selective warranty...
I gave 1 star because selecting NO stars isn't possible...
