Extremely disappointing experience.
I waited a long time for my order, and when it finally arrived, it was incomplete. I did not receive all the items I paid for, including the Mystery Boxes, and I received fewer discs than advertised.
To make things even worse, the music player does not work properly. I followed all the instructions, charged the device, connected it to my computer, converted the files to MP3, placed them in the correct folders, and even renamed every file exactly as instructed. The device briefly played once and then stopped working completely.
I contacted customer support multiple times, but no one has replied or offered any assistance. There has been no communication and no solution.
I spent my money on a product that is incomplete, unreliable, and unsupported. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

MagneTune / magnettune.com is a scam. I ordered a product and was charged by merchants in New Zealand. even though the site pretends to be a normal online store. They deleted the tracking number, sent a fake confirmation email, and the “Track Your Order” button redirected to a dangerous phishing link (ctrk.klclick3.com). My phone even warned me about the site trying to steal my information.
Do NOT buy from this website. It is fraudulent and part of a larger scam network.
