I ordered a magnify glass, umbrella holder & 2 pairs gardening gloves on 17/9/2021.I was informed the first 2 items were in stock but they were not given to NZ Courier until 27/9/202 after I emailed them to ask where they were. Though marked overnight courier I didn't actually receive parcel until 4/10/21which is not fast delivery as advertised. The items are very junky for the price & the free clock (no radio as advertised) is what one could buy in bargain Chinese shops. Goodness knows when I'll get gloves & what quality they'll be.
I shan't buy from Magnamail again.

MAGNAMAIL caters for a certain age group. If there was a variety for varies ages i think this would bring in more revenue.

Up grade of your Magnamail brochure would be an advantage to old customers some of the writing on products is very hard to read at times,it is the colour of the print on a colour back ground
