Overall satisfied, some room for improvement in communication with the service
Update: following some further communication and a negative review the shipping cost were refunded. It seems that there is a different understanding by some of the service employees. However overall my problem was resolved and with this solution i am overall satisfied. Giving four stars as there is some room for improvement in the service communication and some forth and back could’ve been avoided.
The product itself was okay and delivered in a timely manner. However as I didn’t like it I returned it and based on the information on the website expected to pay the return shipment myself, but receive the payment and shipping fees back. I was then informed that shipping fee would only be refunded in case of a warranty case. this is not in line with what is stated on the website which was very disappointing.
