I wanted to cancle my order to germany because i found the same items in the austrian magicshine shop with muss lower sending costs. My order was on sunday and i wrote the email for cancelling on sunday too. I never get an answer and they shipped the items... very bad

good quality product
good quality product, it works well on a Dunwich dynamo, the only drawback is the remote control, which could be more durable when attached to the handlebar, as when attaching it to clamping straps, one of the grips was broken.

Bought lights from the national cycle…
Bought lights from the national cycle show Birmingham NEC last year just to give them a tryout, them at this years show I bought two new front lights along with a rear which I sold. Then I bought two more rear lights the bigger one is fantastic and the other one part of the bracket has broken as I tried to fit it to my seat post

Seemee 508 is excellent - cust service could be better.
Bought the Seemee 508 which is excellent. Only issue is that I paid for 48 hour delivery, but there was no stock so they couldn't meet that. No communication either to advise. Tried using the contact form on the website by got no reply. I managed to find an email address on someone else's Trust Pilot review which I tried and was replied to immediately late on a Saturday evening. So that was great. But would have been good to have been told straight away that I'm would have to wait 10 days.
