AVOID! Signed-up and deposited £25. Went straight over to Casino and tried to place a couple of bets on live roulette. AFTER the bets closed period, a message flashes up that my bets had been cancelled (BOTH of which, by the way, would have WON!). So, I go to withdraw my deposit as clearly not going to waste my time with them and THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME £1 TO GET MY DEPOSIT BACK ?!?
And don't bother with Customer services - sat over 35 minutes waiting on Live chat and still nobody bothers to answer....

worst casino nightmare i ever had
made an account on may 9th uploaded all id .. financial documents recived an email account fully verified deposited finished the wagering requirements then the nightmare started my cashout was blocked live chat worked at first then they didnt like that i caught them in a lie so my chat was disabled its now the 15th of may and still have not recived my withdraw they said its been paid directly to my bank and i have to wait for my bank to process it ..anouther lie it is a interact e-transfer it does not get sent to my bank at all i will update this as soon as i get my withdraw (update) may 18th received an email stating my internal complained will take 72 hours....The problem is i never filed a complaint and i emailed them back stating i never filed a complaint they said dont worrie your complaint will be looked at by 72 hours then today may 19th bam withdraw declined again this time no reason anyways i will update again when or if this scam casino ever pays me (update) June 9th still have not been paid all i get is a bunch of excuses that dont even make sense my interac e-transfers kept getting stuck or bounced back even though that's not a real thing lol 4 failed e-transfers now they finaly set up wire transfer for me i thought yay finaly i can get my money ....nope same excuses bounced back stuck 3 times failed wire transfers so far ill update again maybe ill get paid before 2025 Update June 24th still not paid the casino says they sent a wire transfer over 10 days ago and the money is already in my bank account but the casino refuses to provide me with the banks name used to send the wire transfer so i can use the reference numbers they gave me to confirm the wire transfer so all i can think is fake wire transfer fake proof they sent me
