Sav responsive and friendly but I feel like they are paying lip service to customer satisfaction.
I ordered in September some Pokémon celebration items with a deadline of end of October maximum, but it's now December 13th and I still haven't received anything.
2 emails received in 2 months for the celebration orders.
Moreover they put back on sale the same items that I bought with delivery dates between December 13 and 19. If you see my opinion do not order unless you want to receive them in 2022
