Very good customer support team

I previously left a review regarding a hinge failure on my Magic John 360° Invisible Magnetic Stand Phone Case that occurred within a few months of purchase.
After further communication with their customer support team and providing documentation of the issue, the company ultimately arranged a replacement and shipped a new case to me free of charge. The replacement has now arrived successfully.

I purchased the Magic John 360 Invisible Stand Case and screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro Max back in September 2025, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed. I’m still on the first of the two screen protectors and it doesn’t have a single mark on it. I’ve used more expensive protectors from well‑known brands before, and none of them have lasted anywhere near this long without picking up scratches or damage.

The case has held up just as well the stand is still tight and works perfectly, even with daily use. Overall, the quality has really surprised me in a good way, and I’d definitely recommend their products to friends and family.

My only gripe was that the shipping took a while at the time, but the product itself has been excellent.

Minor design flaw

I’m generally very happy with the screen protector for my iPhone 17, except for one small detail that really bothers me. The bottom part of the screen protector slightly overlaps the actual display, not just the edges but the screen itself. It doesn’t affect usability or block any content, but it’s something I noticed and can’t unsee. I think it should have been made a few millimeters longer to avoid this. The screen protector just makes the bezel on the bottom a little bit bigger.

If Magic John would like more clarification, I’d be happy to provide photos to show exactly what I mean if they contact me via email.

Corrupt seller breaking U.K. law

I ordered a lens protector and when it arrived it wouldn’t fit on my phone due to my existing case. As it was in the retina window allowed by UK law for distance selling, I actioned a return request. They refused to allow a return, despite me being allowed to return it by law. They are 100% corrupt, as noted by their lack of comments on Facebook; they have turned off comments.

The screen protector damage was determined to be caused by an external drop/impact, which is not covered under the standard warranty. As a gesture of goodwill, we then made a special exception to arrange a free reshipment for you. Due to the additional after-sales processing required for replacement orders, the handling time was slightly longer, which led to your dissatisfaction and this review.

According to the latest tracking information, the replacement package has already been successfully delivered.

We would also like to clarify that we have never forced you to do something—our message only asked whether you had received the replacement and if you might consider updating your feedback based on the final resolution.

After many emails back and forth with ridiculous suggestions, here is what Magic John sent and my reply:
"As previously mentioned, the magnetic lens protector is functioning as designed, and the because the issue stems from the original device rather than our product, we are unable to issue a refund."
I then replied, that they needed to admit in their advertising that their product may not fit all IPhone devices. Also, see if you can easily reach customer support when you click on the link on their website... the magic John folks keep dancing around the fact that my phone was brand new and right out of the box. Meaning, the phone was built that way by the manufacturer. And short of a hammer and chisel there was no way to adjust the lenses. Their product did not fit my brand new phone.

Our magnetic lens protector is specifically designed and manufactured according to each corresponding iPhone model. From the video you provided, it can be clearly seen that your phone’s camera lens already had an existing protective layer applied before installing our product.

Attempting to place an additional magnetic lens protector on top of an existing lens film is similar to applying two layers of protection at once, which will naturally prevent proper magnetic attachment and full fit due to the added thickness. This is the fundamental reason the product could not be installed correctly, rather than a defect in our item.

We genuinely wanted to assist and even considered arranging a replacement; however, this would not resolve the root cause of the issue. Since the request has remained focused solely on a refund for a non-product defect situation, we are unfortunately unable to approve it under our policy.

We always strive to communicate clearly and resolve concerns fairly, and we hope this explanation helps other customers better understand the actual circumstances.

Questionable practices to process warranty claims

UPDATE:
Although their customer service is attentive and responded quickly I filled out the 5 starts review below in duress so they could process and honed their warranty.
The truth is that the product cracked within weeks of purchase from a normal drop. This company makes you send them a screen shot of the review with a 5 starts in order for them to process the claim. Pretty unethical process is you ask me.
Customer service is great and responded quickly when I had issues. The privacy screen is also acceptable.

Not so “unbreakable”…

Purchased a two-pack of “unbreakable” privacy screen protectors. Easy to install but rubbish quality. One slight drop and the screen protector cracked. Would not recommend or buy again.

Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt this one was warranted.

I purchased this screen protector because it was heavily marketed as highly durable and comparable to premium tempered glass options. Unfortunately, it cracked the very first time my phone was dropped during normal everyday use. I’ve used many screen protectors over the years, including much less expensive ones, and none have failed that quickly.

What was more disappointing than the product itself was the response from customer service. When I reached out to explain the situation and request a refund based on the durability claims and quality concerns, I was given a scripted explanation about how screen protectors cannot guarantee 100% protection and was told to simply use the second protector included in the pack. No real resolution was offered, and the concerns about product performance versus how it’s advertised were not meaningfully addressed.

I understand that no screen protector is indestructible. However, when a product is marketed as exceptionally strong and fails immediately under normal use, I would expect better quality assurance and a more customer-focused response.

Based on both the product performance and the lack of support when raising a reasonable concern, I would not purchase from this company again.

Effective customer care

I initially experienced a delivery issue caused by the courier, but after contacting customer support, the team handled the situation quickly and professionally and immediately sent a replacement package.
