Hello,
This review does not accurately reflect our platform or services. We also note that several nearly identical one-star reviews were posted at exactly the same time, which gives the impression of a coordinated attempt to misrepresent our business rather than provide genuine feedback. We welcome honest reviews, but we also believe they should be factual and accurately reflect the player's actual experience.

It was ok not really
It was ok. Nothing special and I can't prove it but I think they cheated. A couple times during a bonus or free spin it kinda glitched a it rolled right past what I think it should have landed on. If you play slots you know what I mean. Plenty other ones out there to use than take a chance with this one. Disappointed 😞

Please read… genuine review of the business
Please read… genuine review of the company.
if i could rate this 0 stars i would. The worst experience ever at an online casino, with deceitful promotions and the most horrible chat support.
Got the 111 free spins offer and I was required to play through 523 dollars after only winning 10 dollars (which is insane!). Somehow i ended up winning a lot, and luck got on my side and i flipped the 10 to around 300 and cleared my wagering reqs. After I wanted to withdraw and was having the hardest time to actually do the KYC verification (they weren't clear at all), and when I went to withdraw my funds i could only withdraw 20 dollars from the 300 dollars i made.. which is genuinely crazy. There were no terms and conditions to this offer or no mention from MagicianBet themselves that the max you can cash out js 20 dollars.
If tou’re reading this, do not do business with this casino. This is a decitful business that hates the customer. Worst customer support with an AI slop chatbot that gives generic copy and paste responses.

Hello,
This review does not accurately reflect what occurred, and we would like to clarify several important points.
The wagering requirement for the free spins promotion is 40x, and this is clearly stated in the promotion's specific Terms & Conditions, which are available to every player before activating the promotion.
Likewise, the $20 maximum cashout is not hidden. It is clearly stated both in the specific terms of the promotion and in our General Bonus Terms & Conditions. We encourage all players to review the promotion terms before claiming any offer.
Regarding verification, our KYC process is straightforward and, in most cases, takes only a few minutes to complete.
We would also like to address the claim regarding our support team. We do not use AI chatbots for customer support. Every conversation is handled by a real member of our support team.
We always welcome genuine feedback, but we also believe it is important that reviews accurately reflect the facts and the clearly stated terms that apply to our promotions.

Self-exclusion hard to do
When I realized I was playing too much, I tried to block myself. You can’t do it from settings, you have to email support and wait. During that wait, I kept playing. Not great design if you care about people.

Casino feels dated
The whole site looks like something from 2012, but not in a charming way. Clunky menus, random popups, no dark mode, and the games take forever to load on my laptop. I left after losing my first deposit anyway.

Reset games after deposit, something weird.
Don't get me wrong, the support seems incredibly nice but something is off about this site. I play a certain game called Bad Santa all the time and was so excited to see it on this site I wanted to try. First deposit, nothing, but that's normal I guess and filled the cups in bad santa, so thought might as well try again since one is about to go off soon. Deposit and go back into game, cups look Lower. That's weird, maybe I didn't see it right, I thought. So I played and once again got the cups full. Well of course I'm going to deposit again since all 3 are about to go off now. Go do 3rd deposit, come back into game immediately and cups all reset.
I play this game A LOT, and have never seen the cups reset after a deposit. The whole point of depositing is to continue where you left off, but this site seems to reset it all. In all my 20 years of playing online slots, I have never seen that before on a site. It was exceptionally dead as well, so I don't think I will be bothering. Be aware and pay attention if you play on this site, not that chat can help with it anyways.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
However, we would like to clarify that we do not have any control over the games available on our platform. The games, including their mechanics, bonus features, progress meters, and any in-game functionality, are developed and operated entirely by the respective game providers. As a result, we are unable to modify, influence, or reset game progress.
If you believe there may have been an issue with the game, we would be happy to forward the details to the game provider for further investigation.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best of luck in your future gaming experiences.

I played at the casino
I played at the casino, managed to place bets and win without problems, but today I made a deposit of $1300 that I had already withdrawn from the casino, and only one of the deposits was credited so I could bet. The other hasn't appeared in my account yet, and I can no longer access my account. I contacted support via chat, which is very helpful, but they asked me to send an email. I sent the email and am waiting for a response.
